I had a horrible experience at this place. I initially planned to stay long-term, but I ended up leaving within 15 days. While Abigail is nice, both she and her husband lack the skills to manage the property effectively.

From Day 1, I was locked out, and it took five days for them to fix the lock. Even the repair guy mentioned that they use cheap parts, which explains the issues. They don’t have anyone on-site to address problems promptly, so when something breaks, it’s a nightmare. I had a water leak in the bathroom that went unfixed for days.

Communication is also lacking—they respond slowly and act like they’re doing you a favor by fixing things. The whole experience was a hassle, and I didn’t enjoy my stay at all as well as the other tenants.
