Wana Lobby, RIMBA by AYANA Bali — Hotel in Kuta Selatan

Don’t get me wrong if you want to take instagram photos, this resort complex is for you. The grounds are beautiful lots of pools to choose from. The pools are beautiful.

However it is very overpriced. Rooms had mould. Was given an upgrade, however wasn’t anything special at all. Shower didn’t drain had to get a technician.

Breakfast was chaotic. It was a conveyer belt we were placed in back corners or in walk ways. Coffee and food was very average.

Trams are a great idea until you need one to go anywhere and they were always full.

Can’t take the towels from the pool which doesn’t help when you have to catch a tram back to your room.

Staff meant well and were pleasant, but because there is so many people staying there was no personal service. Each time we arrived at reception they asked if we were checking in they had no idea who was staying there or not.

Food was the most expensive I have come across, same prices if not more than Australia. We ate there as there wasn’t many other options and were happy we had vouchers for a free meal.

We loved facilities and design of Rimba the most of all 3 hotels (restaurants, pools). It is very new, stylish and calm if to compare to the main Ayana hotel. We loved that we can use the facilities of all the hotels and go around with the cute tram. The Kubu beach is absolutely amazing lagoon, it was the reason I've chosen to stay in the hotel.
