We dined at Sumizen on the first night of our stay at Segara and were immediately taken by the serene, zen-like ambiance. Each table is set up in a private room, giving a sense of exclusivity that made the experience feel extra special.

We were served by Boy, who was exceptionally friendly and attentive—especially to our son—which made the dinner all the more enjoyable.

The various cuts of beef were all delicious, and we especially loved the kimchi fried rice and spicy soups.

We went for the Korean BBQ and it was another great experience. The kimchi and tofu jjigae were on-point from a non-Korean taste bud perspective. Special mention to Gesta who assisted us in barbecuing the beef and seafood to perfection.
