My Review is for the Restaurant, Not the Hotel: An Imbalance Between Price and Service||||I made my reservation online, and the initial communication with the person in charge was quick and smooth. I received a reply within five minutes along with a set of files to choose from. After making my selection and reaching out again, I received no response for nearly six hours. Eventually, I got a reply, but communication ceased once more.||||I tried calling the hotel and the restaurant, but to no avail. I had to send my personal driver to the location to finalize the arrangement in person. After that, I was sent a payment link and made a down payment of four million rupiah. I emphasized the importance of everything being well-prepared, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations.||||Reception and Entry Experience||Upon arrival, the reception was subpar. I was bombarded with unnecessary questions at the gate such as: “Where are you going?”, “Do you have a reservation?”, “What are you doing here?”—which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming first impression.||||Massage Service||One of the agreed services included a massage session. I had clearly stated that I required a male therapist due to my religious beliefs as a Muslim. However, I was surprised to find that the service was only available for women, which made it impossible for me to proceed with the massage.||||Decorations and Ambience||The overall decor was aesthetically pleasing, and the sunset view was truly beautiful. However, the flowers used were very local and inexpensive in quality, which did not reflect the high price paid.||||Dining Experience||We began at 6:00 PM with a pre-set menu of five to six courses. The first dish—two variations—was served, followed by a very simple soup about 30 minutes later. Another 30 to 40 minutes passed before the third course was served, consisting of one piece of steak and one of tuna. Finally, the cake—purchased separately for 600,000 rupiah—was served, which I found odd since it wasn’t included in the package.||||The service was extremely slow, and the entire meal stretched over three hours, making it quite exhausting. While the staff were friendly, welcoming, and well-mannered, the slow service significantly impacted the overall experience.||||Final Thoughts||I paid a total of eight million rupiah for a limited set menu, average service, and basic floral decorations. In my opinion, the experience did not justify the cost at all. I have been to far more beautiful and unique places for half the price.||||I have no problem paying a premium, but only when the quality of service matches the value paid.||||Special thanks to the staff for your warm smiles—they were much appreciated...
Read moreThis is our first visit to Bali, 3 nights in Monkey Forest & 5 nights here. We will definitely return as Bali itself is the most beautiful place.||This hotel offers so much, I arranged for a driver from the hotel to collect us to make the very slow but comfortable transfer from Ubud. 2 hours later we arrived at this beautiful, tranquil oasis. Greeted with a garland of Bali flower & taken to our one bed pool villa. It was perfectly arranged with a sitting room, bedroom & spacious bathroom with indoor/outdoor showers. The pool area had full sun but a lovely shaded area also.||The food is amazing & with the Breeze restaurant being very popular to watch the amazing sunsets, book a table so you are not disappointed. Service can be a little slow, it did not bother us as we were happy to enjoy the moment, however some people did complain.||A few minutes walk or complementary buggy ride you can be in the town square, lots of restaurants, bars & shops selling a variety of quality items. In past experience, shopping in beach resorts can be predictable but here there is a huge variety. The food is also incredibly delicious, all our meals in Bali were lovely.||This hotel gives discreet elegance, its people are its true asset, everyone & I mean everyone, were filled with warmth & genuine smiles. This is a truly wonderful hotel with spectacular service & in a fantastic location. If I have any points for improvement, I would suggest the decking (in some places not all) where the sunbeds are located would benefit from some TLC as we did end up with a couple of splinters. Also I think the service around the sunbeds for cold drinks was lacking at times. None of this spoiled our experience, we will return & enjoy this wonderful hotel again.||A shout out to the Spa team, complementary couples massage & a hot stone massage were amazing.||Bali still holds a level of authenticity which makes it feel charming & fascinating all rolled together, book this hotel you...

We had the most amazing time during our stay here – truly the best ever resort experience and absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway!
We stayed in a one-bedroom pool villa, and honestly, you can’t ask for more. The villa had everything – a private pool, jacuzzi, open shower – pure indulgence and comfort blended perfectly.
From the moment we arrived, the welcome and hospitality were warm and exceptional. The team really goes the extra mile to make you feel special.
One of the standout experiences was the complimentary afternoon tea, served directly in our villa. It’s the kind of luxury that makes you feel pampered in the best way possible.
On one of the days, we had to leave early for an excursion, and they thoughtfully packed us a royal-style breakfast box at 2 AM! That level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
Another big plus is the breakfast setup. Unlike most places, here you don’t have to rush – they serve à la carte breakfast till 2 PM, and everything we tried was absolutely top-notch.
The direct beach access was a dream, and having dinner with a sunset view was a highlight of our trip. They even allowed a free photoshoot with our personal photographer, something many resorts don’t permit. Huge thanks to the team for being so accommodating!
The location is spot-on – just a 2-minute walk to the best vegetarian restaurant “Beach Bowl”, and Seminyak Mall is within walking distance too.
Only minor downside – we experienced a delay in food service once at Breeze Restaurant, but that’s honestly a small blip in an otherwise flawless stay.
Also, the complimentary offerings – from thoughtful amenities to small surprises – were genuinely attractive and added to the overall value.
If you're considering a stay here – just go for it. It’s everything you dream of in a tropical escape...
