Petitenget Beach is a truly stunning destination located in the Seminyak area of Bali, Indonesia. The beach is known for its clear blue waters, long stretch of golden sand, and breathtaking sunsets. It's an ideal spot for swimming, sunbathing and for relaxing in a beautiful atmosphere. The beach is also lined with a variety of trendy bars and restaurants, making it a great option for both food and drinks. One of the most memorable experiences I had at Petitenget beach was when my friends and I organized a photoshoot to commemorate our high school graduation. We arrived at the beach in the afternoon, with plans to catch the sunset, but unfortunately, the day was overcast and we weren't able to see the sun go down. Despite the weather, we set up our cameras and tripods on the sandy shore and proceeded to take some wonderful photos. The overcast sky provided a unique atmosphere that was definitely different from the typical bright and sunny beach shots. We took turns posing in front of the camera, capturing our excitement and joy of graduating high school. Even though we didn't see the sunset, the overcast sky and the different lighting provided a unique backdrop for our photos that we were very pleased with. Overall, Petitenget Beach is a must-visit destination for anyone visiting Bali. The natural beauty of the beach, combined with the wide range of dining and entertainment options, make it the perfect place to relax and unwind and make unforgettable memories with friends. Even if you don't catch the sunset, the beach still offer a great opportunity to capture...
Read moreMy favorite beach. The entrance fee is 2k for a motorbike and 5k for a car. The parking area is spacious for both motorbikes and cars. The beach has white sand and is always crowded every day, especially in the late afternoon leading up to sunset. There are many food stalls available here, serving pork satay, "nasi lawar" (a Balinese mixed rice dish), and grilled corn, which is the best and tastes especially delicious with sweet and spicy flavors. There is also a "lumpia" (fried spring rolls) vendor here that I often buy from, located near the entrance to the beach, and it's very tasty. The best time to come here is in the late afternoon, around 5:00 p.m., to wait for the beautiful sunset. Visitors are crowded here, both local and foreign. However, the waves here are often very large, and swimming is not recommended. This beach is suitable for picnics, as the beach is clean and flat, similar to Kuta Beach. Toilets are available inside a large pavilion. My hope is that this beach will always be maintained for its cleanliness and that people will not...

There’s food stalls at the entrance with some must have sweets like crepes and ice cream and local Indonesian food.
The water seems to always be warm. There’s places you can swim easily with lifeguards watching. There are areas with red flags that you’re not allowed to swim. Be careful of the undertow and tide.
This beach is super dog friendly. A decent place with some quiet patches that you can lay out during the day.
The walk will take you from the W-Hotel to the edge of Double Six Beach.
I enjoy all the variety of people o it enjoying the vibes. There’s places down the beach you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella and they serve small snacks.
Some of the best sunset views here. Absolutely breathtaking. And many character of doggies out.
