Villa belharra — Hotel in Kuta

As soon as we stepped into the villa we were so happy and excited about our stay in seminyak. We had just had a terrible trip back from gili and just wanted somewhere comfortable to settle for a few days. It was so beautiful, exactly like the pictures and had all the amenities and knick knacks like insect repellant and spray, mosquito coils, sunscreen, kitchenware, water cooler. ||Clearly a family business, the owners cleaned the villa themselves and did a great job. They also did everything they could to help us - picking my friend up at 11pm from the airport. They have a driver they use called nyoman. If you need to do day trips he is really great! Its 500,000 rupiah to book him for a full day. If you booked a taxi it would be around 350,000 to 400k but its well worth the extra money for nyoman. He's lovely and knows the area well. He took us to ubud and showed us all the best sites and took us to eat babi guling when we said we wanted to try it.||This villa is also nestled away down a laneway but in a great position to see seminyak. We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Two of the three bedrooms were spacious, homely with outdoor bathroom and shower which was wonderful, but the third bedroom was cramped with an indoor bathroom so did not really match up against the other two rooms so please be aware of this if booking for a group of adults. This was the only question mark about the villa, as everything else was great! April and Laurent do what they can to ewlcome you and make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible, including airport transfers both ways as part of their service. The villa was located in a nice quiet area a short walk up to one of the main roads of Seminyak, so you can easily get away from the hustle and bustle or get amongst it if that's what you prefer. If I ever end up travelling to Bali again with a group of friends, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at one of Villa Belharra's villas again as it's good...

Villa Belharra was a beautiful experience. Daily maid service, and the maid was attentive and did a good job or keeping it tidy and clean. The private pool was the perfect temperature to cool off after a long day of touring. The owner was very friendly and responsive. The beds were very comfortable and the aircon works well. There was a perfect live music venue on the corner, less than a 2 minute walk. Amazing Breakfast at 3 coins also just 2 minutes walking. The beach was also only 15 minutes walk. The only thing I would change is that I would extend the roof that goes over the bathroom; there is an extension on the roof over the toilet however it doesn’t go all the way across and you get wet going to the toilet if it’s raining.
