Glassmart Bali — Local services in Kuta

Terrible service - not logical, not friendly, not client oriented!

I ordered a kitchen mirror, cost 4,2 mil IDR, which includes installation service. I paid initial deposit of 2,4 mil IDR, which is almost 60% (I paid more, even though a 50% was required).

Once the mirror was produced, they requested to pay the remaining 40%. I said I will only pay when the mirror and workers at least arrive on site. They refused! Demanded full payment. Hey! I’m ordering a material + service! Why should I pay full for installation before mirror even on site???

After I complained, their manager discussed with his office, and they agreed that I pay 1,62 mil IDR. Which leaves only 200k for installation!!!

I transferred 1,3 mil IDR. And asked to deliver and install. And I will pay 508k after its installed. They again REFUSED! Said I paid less. This is insane. Worst experience working with subcontractors in more than 5 years construction in Bali. And we worked with dozens of other.

Travelled an hour through traffic to meet with the team at GlassMart. No one offered me their name until I made an introduction. I had to ask if I could sit down (I’m pregnant) and bottles of water sat on the table - none offered to us.

We discussed our project. They understood what we needed. But treated our project like it was meaningless because it’s small. You have to start somewhere guys! CAREFUL with their terms of service. The boss will sit playing on Netflix while demanding full payment upfront on an estimate without any guarantee offered to the client for their service or installation.

Let this customer feedback be a cautionary tale to anyone considering GlassMart not to waste your time. And to the business: sad that you have a decent salesman like Nico underutilized by your tyrant business practices.
