Kanela Villas Lombok — Hotel in Lombok

The villa itself is beautiful and located in a quiet part of Kuta, Lombok. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area.

However, there are a few things that could be improved. Unfortunately, the road leading to the villa is still in poor condition, which makes access a bit difficult, especially for cars or scooters. At night, the lack of proper street lighting makes it even more challenging and less safe to walk or drive.

Another thing worth mentioning is the noise at night, especially from dogs in the surrounding area, which can be quite disturbing for light sleepers.

Inside the villa, while the room was great, it’s a bit disappointing that there was no bidet (or handheld spray) in the toilet, which would have added more comfort for guests.

Overall, the stay was pleasant and the staff were kind, but with some improvements—especially regarding access, lighting, and noise—it could be a much...

Most importantly Linda made our stay the best it could be. She's super kind, really responsive to all our queries over WhatsApp, helped us book our onward travel, arranged a scooter, and even stored our bags for us when we went to the Gilis!!

The place is beautiful, room spotless, with a really comfy bed and pillows. The drinking-water dispenser in the room was also really appreciated. There's also 2 gas hobs and a frying pan to cook food if you wish.

Locations good, away from the busy strip, yet close enough to walk to in 20 minutes.

Highly reccomended! If I can give extra stars, I'll give double for this villa. Friendly staff, comfy bed and smell good, easy access to everywhere in Kuta Lombok, they also care with small details such as a mozzie electric killer, ashtray, full of mineral water & dispenser, etc.

Just some ideas, maybe management can add a door stopper to stop the door which automatic closing when entering to bathroom (to get some fresh air from hot shower because not many people can reach their window) & extra mat floor to enter the room...
