Horrible ! ||Absolutely everything there was bad. You can get way better value for your money elsewhere. We had in a lot of Hostels way better rooms, service, nicer people with better english and so on. ||||The room was soo small we could barely walk. ||There was almost no place to put the baggage, only 1 tiny little space. Not even big enough for 1 baggage, we had 3. What do we do ? ||The “door” to it was so bad conciept, it was not fully open to access the bathroom. So a small passage only. ||In the bathroom: the toilets washing jet was way too powerful. It was literally a pain in the a** to use! Seriously it harmed me. ||The shower: such a dirty shower head ! And the shower gel and shampoo ? They were both veeeery watery and smelled like the cheapest you can get at aldi for men. ||Not even a soap to wash the hand. You had to go in the shower every time to get the smelly water-shower-gel. ||||We had a “window-seat”. That thing was so small, no adult could properly sit there. Maybe a child. So useless in a double room. And the view ? Inexistent! Just to other rooms. So we had to keep the curtains down at every moment. You could not open any window for “fresh” air. But a lot of light came in the room even at night because of the “view”. ||||The power outlet at my bedside did not function. Also useless. ||The “fridge” is a JOKE! Not even 1 normal size bottle of water fits inside! It really is so small you can only put tiny things inside like a chocolate bare, but not laying flat, on the side. Because the fridge is so not deep enough for anything else. Maybe 5 cm deep on the “shelves”. ||The entire room was dirty. In every corner you had sand and dust. ||The bedsheets were not changed even if they were dirty. Somewhere is a card that you need to put on the bed for it to be made. This card is so tiny, you never are sure were it is. They say it it for ecology, but you fool nobody. Of course it is to save even more money. ||||For the breakfast. If you came at 7 you may have a chance to receive something but if you came at like 9 it was already too late. (It should end at 10). ||Fruits were gone bad. If you only have 2 types of fruits and both are sour/mushy, it really is not great. The salty things were tasteless. ||The croissants/pain au chocolat were… we never had so bad ones in our entire life! (And we travel a lot.) ||The rest of the bakery also like gum, tasteless. You didn’t have Nutella/chocolate for better taste. Just jam that tastes like cardboard. ||Outside are 2 stations. One for eggs, one for French toast/pancakes/waffles. At 9 the ladie goes away and just don’t come back. It is empty after 5 minutes but nothing more is made. If 1 ingredient is empty it is not replaced, just stays empty. ||||They come to you every day at breakfast and ask insistent to write a review. ||||There is staff chatting everywhere, but not doing anything else. Their English is not good. If you ask for something, they just forget. You have so ask 3-4 times. ||||We paid a lot for this hotel, 105€. It was definitely not worth it. For our experience there I would not pay more than 10€ per night for 2 people. Not worth more. ||||Also good to know: in Kuta there is like a “mafia”. All Gojek/Grab/Bluebird are forbidden in the area (not officially but from the local people). You have no choice but to ask these locals. And of course they charge you twice the price. The hotel is the same. They try to make money out of you in every way possible. They also try to sell you transfers for too much money and a “friend” should come in 5 minutes but is only there 30...
Read moreWe haven't even finished our stay at this hotel yet and it already deserves more stars than I can give! This hotel is truly amazing. First of all the location is absolutely perfect, so close to everything you may need- so many shops, bars and restaurants, but just as close to the peace and tranquility of the beaches. The hotel premises are impecable- clean, modern and safe, with amazingly friendly security staff working the gates 24/7. The staff in general are all so lovely and so hard-working, they are a real credit to the business, always wearing a smile and saying hello, and so helpful too. The cleaning staff truly go above and beyond, the room is always so incredibly clean and well-organised, we truly appreciate them so much. The room itself is amazing, there is simply nothing bad to say about it- huge comfy bed, gorgeous modern bathroom and massive tv. As for the other reviews we read regarding noise from surrounding Mosques, we certainly haven't had that issue, the room is very soundproof and no call to prayer has affected our sleep so far- we're here during Ramadan too, so happily expected a bit of noise, but haven't had any issues at all with it. This is our last hotel before we end our month of travelling in Indonesia and we are so glad we booked this one, it has been the best we have stayed in by far, absolutely perfect, would 100% definitely recommend staying here to anyone! We will be sad to leave here, thank you so much to all...
Read moreWe stayed 1 Night during the weekend of Pocari Sweat Lombok Run 2025 Marathon. Clean bedsheets, clean toilet, clean towels. The rooms are like new and feel luxurious. The temporary construction nearby stops exactly at 11pm as promised and we got good sleep. Someone mentioned that there is light outside and the rooms are not 100% dark, this is true and we found this to be perfect when the room is 98% dark. The prayer calls in the morning from nearby mosques are something that is unavoidable in all of Lombok especially in cities but it was not a problem at all and we did not need the earplugs that were available in our hotel room. The breakfast was worth the extra cost (when booking). The staff was friendly. The Mandalika Kuta Beach is right outside the hotel and it's a 1-minute walk. Excellent location. Also mini marts (Alfamart and Indomaret) right outside the hotel which was also very practical. Really nothing to complain about this place and for us it was absolutely worth it to pay a bit more vs a cheaper homestay, and get such...
