Reset Lombok Hotel — Hotel in Lombok

Overall the resort is ok, but there are still some suggestions for improvement. A particularly positive mention is the friendliness and helpfulness of the team, especially the lady at the reception is very competent. The bed is comfy and there is a small fridge to keep drinks cold. The AC works well and isn’t too loud. There is no shelf in the room for a large suitcase.

A big problem is the bathroom. It smells very unpleasant all the time like drains, it has no ventilation and is totally damp. It won't be long before there will be mold in the bathroom although the resort is completely new and opened just a few weeks before. The bathroom is also open on the ceiling so that mosquitoes can enter it unhindered. So you get stung while showering, and even the best deet doesn't help. Unfortunately we were bitten by a lot of mosquitoes.

The breakfast is good, good selection even for vegetarians, but the egg was always cold and the cutlery wasn't really clean.

The room cleaning urgently needs to be improved. You can tell that the housekeeping guys have no experience. Just because a fragrance spray is sprayed in the room and bathroom does not mean that it has been cleaned. The fittings and mirror in the bathroom have never been cleaned properly, at least that's how it seems.

The mosquito problem in the room also needs to be addressed urgently, but this will be difficult because the mosquitoes can come through the open bathroom and room unhindered. Perhaps a mosquito net should be placed over the bed to protect you while sleeping.

I was lucky to have found this hotel last minute when I decided to stay in Lombok longer! I had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Lombok.

Room was clean when I checked in. The bed was very comfortable. My most favorite part was the open concept bathroom with plants. It has natural feel, incorporating natural breeze and sounds coming in between the ceiling and the wall. It was very refreshing to shower. I surfed almost daily while I was in Lombok and it was nice to have a very relaxing room to go back to after a day of surfing. The rooms are fully equipped and spacious. The staff always made sure that room was cleaned, trash taken out, and water and coffee were refilled daily. And very yummy breakfast!

It was also nice to have a balcony and a rack to hang wet clothes/towel after surf. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating and always happy to help with anything during the stay.

Staying at this hotel also gives free access to the nearby gym (Xeno Fit), which was a really nice gym facility with fitness classes.

I felt immediately at home at ‘Reset Lombok Hotel’; what a beautiful place to stay. It’s located outside the center but still very close to everything you need. The location was perfect for me. They offer a nice breakfast, which you can also enjoy in your room or at your own terrace. The garden and pool were well maintained and the beautiful, spacious rooms were cleaned every day. In my opinion, the sheets shouldn’t need to be changed everyday from a sustainable point of view. A musquito net would work to solve the musquito-problem. The shower had a bad smell very often… The superbonus for me was the free access to Xeno Fit Gym; the brand new gym next door; what a place! They offer daily classes (even crossfit!) and the gym is so wel equipped! Mimi, Sundy, and the rest of the team (housekeeping, gardeners, kitchen, reception, owner)… Terima kasih for having me!
