Athaya Ubud — Hotel in Pulau Bali

We had an amazing time in Athaya for a whole six months !✨

It may sound unusual, but we had all the comforts of independence with our fully equipped room and kitchen. Additionally, we enjoyed the exceptional hotel service, with WhatsApp messages keeping us informed, and their availability and responsiveness at any time of the day, truly going above and beyond 👌

They even remembered my birthday and brought me a small cake in the evening, singing "Happy birthday" ! The team is incredibly warm and professional 🙏

Ayu, Mega & Tita at the reception always had a smile on their faces 😇

Pande & Dwipa from housekeeping were always ready to lend a hand with our heavy bags or replace our empty water jug in the evening 💪

Komang, Kadek & Gus Widya showed great understanding and shared their contacts in Bali to help us out 🤝

In short, we can wholeheartedly recommend Athaya, whether for a short stay or several weeks or months like us - it's truly fantastic 🔥

The proximity to the center of Ubud is ideal. Furthermore, the access is through one of the few pedestrian streets in the area (shared with a few motorized vehicles). And the property is less than a 5-minute walk from Ubud's most coveted club, Titi Batu 🏋️

Lastly, from our spacious "L" shaped balcony, we had a breathtaking view of the sunset behind the forest of banana and papaya trees - a dream come true ! 🌴

I’m leaving Athaya Ubud tonight, and I can’t help but feel a bit sad because this has truly become one of my favorite hotels in the area. Here’s why I keep coming back:

Wonderful Rooms: The rooms are always comfortable and well-maintained. I especially love room 209, which I often request. It’s the last corner room with a beautiful view of the swimming pool!

Amazing Staff: The staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They are always responsive via WhatsApp and go out of their way to help whenever I need anything.

Tranquil Atmosphere: The hotel is surrounded by local nature, providing a peaceful and quiet environment that makes for a perfect relaxing getaway. It’s a real chill and affordable place to unwind.

Great Location: The location is simply fantastic, making it easy to explore Ubud while still enjoying a serene retreat.

This is my sixth time staying here, and I sometimes stay for almost three weeks straight! I will definitely keep coming back. If you're looking for a lovely place to stay in Ubud, I highly recommend Athaya Ubud!
