This place got a great potential and it’s nice to spend a day with friends and family.

But sadly, after the opening, it’s going down too quickly.

Management should be fixed urgently: staff is always confused with simple routine, don’t understand even when speaking in bahasa with them, unacceptable low level of training.

Food is getting worst every time more and more. When you take an effort to go to the kitchen and tell them that sauce came out spoiled, they just say ā€œit’s always like thatā€, never even bother to change or exclude from the bill. Fries can be waited for an hour and after checking a few times with waiter he brings 2 portions, and it’s your fault. Pizzas have only color of the sauce, but none of it. After eating Laksa friend have been sick the rest of the day. Spaghetti with mushrooms and truffle oil - add some oil since you list it as the name in menu! It came out just with coconut cream and barely any mushrooms in it. Soup left a long unpleasant aftertaste. Tasteless watery curry.

Really, guys, feed people some food already. For such prices you should be able to do something, except Nasi Goreng!

Happy hour says both wine and cocktails, but staff decide every time what you get and what you don’t. Doesn’t matter the board with promo right in front...

In conclusion. Place gave a big hope and excitement when opened (finally, you got almost everything in Ubud!) But every time it’s harder to find a reasons to go again.

Hire smart management, find a chef who gives a damn, do some decent cocktails and tell staff don’t BS your guests! Then you are ok with loyal guests beside...

I try NOT to eat here whenever possible. I go to the gym most days, but it’s such a frustrating experience that I try not to go when I’m hungry šŸ˜†

You would expect the restaurant at a fitness club would be relatively healthy. It’s not. Lots of heavy fried and greasy things of mediocre quality, and the daily specials are usually paired with soda, beer or coffee—no substitutions. You can’t order the breakfast specials after 10am, so if you eat a late breakfast like me, you’re out of luck.

And it’s no use trying to reason with staff, they are just robotically following instructions and have zero empowerment to make a better business decision. They would rather lose business than make a simple substitution; allow a later order of the special when the kitchen isn’t busy, or do anything outside their many policies. If you try to reason with them, you will get a blank stare (they couldn’t care less).

It’s super irritating and I’ve just given up on eating here, I actually don’t want to give them any more money than my membership costs. You’d think that as a regular member they might try to be accommodating, but they don’t. It’s a real missed opportunity to match the atmosphere with a quality restaurant. But they have plenty of tourists dropping in so I guess they don’t care whether the members eat there...

This place is a jewel and I was so happy to find it located next to my hotel (Kutus Kutus, a lovely boutique hotel a couple doors away). I was able to buy a day pass for a very small fee and used the gym and pool facilities. The gym is sufficient in size with all the essential equipment needed. I was VERY pleased to find a set of competition kettlebells from 8kg to 24kg - which I put to use! You are provided a full size towel and hand towel with your day pass along with credit toward food and beverages at their restaurant. The food is delicious! I took breakfast there and had a yogurt bowl with fruit and granola, so delicious. They have lots of fresh juice tea and coffee options also. I also had lunch and dinner at their restaurant. I only eat a select few fish (I do not eat pork, red meat or poultry ever) and I was able to find a lot of food options for myself. For dinner I had the whole snapper, served with sautƩed garlic spinach and mash potatoes (delicious). For lunch I had their prawnless (vegan shrimp) sliders and potato wedges, so good! My experience in Ubud was so delightful thanks to access to Titi Batu and my lovely hotel Kutus...

A day club, a spa, a restaurant, a coworking space, a gym, a kids playground, a wellness center. Check everything off my list all in one place! Came looking for food, quickly went back to car to grab swimming trunks once I saw the big swimming pool. Seeing kids running around makes it seem like a family friendly place. It is, but when you turn around there are adult basketball courts and a skate park, right next to a nice gym. Had the Indonesian blend massage for 60 minutes. It was up to standard, can’t wait to try other treatments. Friendly staff all around. Laidback vibe. Spacious. One minor thing that was a letdown was that I didn’t get to play ping pong. There’s a table and there are paddles. However they ran out of ping pong balls. It amazes me that they didn’t have extras. A buzzkill nevertheless I’ll visit again and give it a 5 star. Highly recommended.

Tacos of marinated pork. They were neither marinated nor tasty — just tiny bits of dry meat. On top of that, the portion was very small, with barely any sauce and an overwhelming amount of lettuce, as shown in the photo. I forgot to take a picture of the duck leg, but it wasn’t flavorful either. We came because of the good reviews and didn’t expect to leave so disappointed. To top it all off, we had just asked for the bill, still had two half-full glasses of wine, and were chatting when the waitress came over and basically told us to leave — just because we had paid. Very inappropriate and poorly handled.
