Bali Taman Beach Resort and Spa-Lovina — Hotel in Pulau Bali

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

I booked through air b n b and the room that was shown was so nice with a huge bathroom.

The room I received was a completely different room in a block with a broken shower and no fridge or hair dryer.

I immediately went to reception and they were useless stating that it's the manager who is in charge or air bnb I speak to him and he says he will walk to them, they had no deluxe rooms left so I got him to refund me half the first night and he promised i would have a deluxe room the next night.

I go to reception at 10am they said it's not ready come back at 1, I come back and they say that I can't have the deluxe room unless I pay more, I speak to 3 managers and they all agree dispite the other manager stating I could and showing them I booked a deluxe room because that is not what showed up on their pc they wouldn't honour it.

At this point I am getting so frustrated it had already ruined my first night there, then they had told me 4 times my room wasn't ready with no rush, finally I wasn't allowed the room I had paid for unless I paid more.

I immediately called air BNB and stated I wanted an immediate refund, they said they would speak to the host.

He calls me an hour later and stated he will sort it, another hour goes by nothing, I am just waiting with my stuff in the lobby I call him and tell him it needs to be sorted now pass the phone to the reception and they finally move my room.

Apart from this and the rude reception staff the other hotel staff were nice, the whole hotel feels old and out dated, the beach is like a scrap yard and the hotel block at the front was not worth the price, I would not stay here again it is in no way a resort and if there is any issues they will...

The Worst 4-Star Hotel Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Calling this place a 4-star hotel is an outright scam! From the moment I entered the room, I was horrified by the disgusting conditions:

Filthy linens: The bedsheets and pillowcases had blood stains—absolutely unacceptable! Dilapidated room: The walls were peeling, the furniture was old and worn, and the whole place felt dark and depressing. Disgusting bathroom: Moldy grout, questionable stains, and a lingering foul smell. Unwashed glasses: The cups in the room still had dried toothpaste residue from the previous guest—how lazy can housekeeping be?

I have no idea how this place has any positive reviews. They must be fake because no honest guest would tolerate such neglect. Save your money and stay far away—this hotel is a health hazard, not a vacation...
