Berawa Living — Hotel in Pulau Bali

We are really disappointed to book this place. When we did the booking, on the pictures and the description on the website is mentioned that there is a pool. First, this is not a villa, this is an apartment, or a small studio i would say. The description is wrong on the website. They didn’t mention that there are two floors, and there are no pictures from the second floor. All the pictures are from the first floor including the pool. When you make the booking, they book your accommodation according to their occupancy. This is a total scam and we are very unhappy to stay here since it didn’t fulfill our expectations. We paid 170 euro for 3 days for second floor apartment which is not including the pool and many other amenities. Big disappointment!!!! Do not recommend. For this price you can find a paradise on this island and you won’t find it...

Very misleading listing – this is not a villa! I’m extremely disappointed with this stay. We booked what was advertised as a villa, with photos clearly showing a private pool and stand-alone villa accommodation. However, what we actually got was just an apartment on the second floor of a building – no pool, no villa. After contacting the property, I was told that only one out of four “villas” has a pool, which is completely misleading. Nowhere was this mentioned in the listing. When I asked to switch to the villa with the pool, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is not what I paid for or expected. I had a wonderful stay at Berawa Living. The property is stylish, clean, and well-maintained, offering a great blend of comfort and modern design. The location is perfect—just a short walk to cafes, restaurants, and the beach, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a comfy bed, and good air conditioning. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
