We love the location of this resort, away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud streets and it is within the local village. However there was no security barrier upon entering the resort. Furnishings in the villa were new. Bed was super super comfortable. Bathtub was huge enough for 2 persons. However, it would be great if it has a rainforest shower instead of a normal shower head. But the WC, we had to fill in water manually to flush. Complete bathroom amenities. Pool was not cleaned. There were leaves in the water. Due to the natural surroundings, beware of mosquitoes, lizards and spiders. To expect power failures in the middle of the night. Breakfast was a great disappointment. Simply one of the worse hotel rooms I have stayed in.||The bad:||1) leaking showerhead that sprayed water everywhere. Staff can't fix it now, can only fix the next door. Im still waiting to see if it would be fixed.||2) dirtiest bathtub i have ever seen in any hotel. You couldn't pay me to use it.||3) tap that looks like it's about to burst any moment.||4) spoiled power socket. ||5) pool water that doesn't look clean. Im kinda of afraid to swim in it after the surprises that came with the bathroom. ||6) weak wifi signal||The good|1) friendly staff and service||The rest is mediocre.
