Warung Iga Bakar Gung Vedel — Restaurant in Bali

Been two times (so far). This warung has both the tastiest food and the cheapest prices we have found near Ubud.

Largest mie goreng portion and the freshest and most authentic we have found around Ubud. All meals we have ordered so far have been very tasty, and have left our tummies feeling happy...not too greasy and a clean location.

The owners are very kind and honest, they double checked to make sure they did not over charge us.

The only downside is the proximity to a relatively busy road, but the food is so good you can zone out and enjoy the well...

This is a local Warung and serves amazingly tasty, local food and it is ridiculously cheap - we almost felt like we were ripping them off... The service is friendly and they're very warm and lovely people, but please don't expect the 'Western style' service etc. as there are just the two of them.

The menu is small, but very, very, tasty and they happily varied it for me because I don't eat meat.

If you're in the area, I would highly recommend you try this place. You won't be disappointed and you'll be supporting a local...

Exceptional value! This charming warung quickly became our favorite spot, drawing us back nearly every day. The food is both delicious and reasonably priced, while the owners are genuinely delightful individuals. True to the typical warung style, it's situated roadside, which isn't particularly scenic and can be quite loud, but the culinary delights more than compensate for any inconvenience (take away is also a great option).
