We truly loved our stay at Spaces Bali — it felt like stumbling upon a secret haven tucked away in nature. The open design of the hotel is refreshing and beautifully calming. One of our favorite spots was the open dining area that overlooks the serene pool and stretches out to a vast green landscape beyond — absolutely stunning!

From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the place was evident. Despite arriving in the late morning, we were grateful that early check-in was possible. While waiting, we settled into the cozy café overlooking the pool and instantly felt relaxed and at home. The sweet dogs with their wagging tails came by to greet us, adding even more joy to our arrival.

We stayed in Stone 7, a room that felt homely, thoughtful, and full of heart. Every detail in the room’s design felt intentional — it gave us a deep sense of comfort and peace, like being embraced by the space itself. There's something magical about how Spaces blends natural beauty with heartfelt hospitality. It made us feel free, grounded, and joyful all at once.

The owners, Liese and Johny, are genuinely warm, friendly, and hospitable, and their passion for the space shines through. The staff were also lovely and attentive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable.

Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of choices — and the tea and coffee were excellent too! There are also cafes, and a chinese restaurant just outside the hotel. And just a short stroll away — the black sand beach. It felt almost private, a stretch of shimmering sand kissed by blue skies, drifting white clouds, and the singing and dancing of the waves. We were lost in its embrace. Be there.

We had the pleasure of visiting Spaces Bali Munggu for 4 nights August 2025, we stayed in The Glass apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms kitchen dining plus lounge area the large bifold doors opened to let the sea breeze through, it was an experience that truly left a lasting impression. Nestled in the serene beauty of Bali, walking distance to the beach for famous sunsets whilst having cocktails. This charming spot is a haven of tranquillity and warm hospitality.

One of the standout features of my visit was the incredibly friendly and welcoming owners, Liese and Johnny. Their genuine warmth and attentive care created an inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. It's rare to encounter hosts who infuse such passion and personal touch into their space, and it truly elevated the entire experience. The staff always happy and smiling create beautiful breakfasts my favourite being the stuffed croissant.

The ambience of Spaces Bali Munggu seamlessly blends the natural beauty of its surroundings with thoughtful design, making it a perfect retreat for both relaxation and inspiration. Every corner seemed to exude a sense of peace and mindfulness. No need to go hunting for the perfect massage Ibu Luh gives the most wonderful massages in house and brings a professional massage table to your room using her own coconut oil.

I honestly couldn’t find a single thing to criticise. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional hospitality, and the authentic charm of Liese and Johnny makes Spaces Bali Munggu a standout destination.

We recently held our wedding at Spaces Bali, and it was nothing short of magical. From the lush, tropical surroundings to the exceptional service, everything about this resort made our special day truly unforgettable.

The venue itself is stunning — beautifully maintained grounds and a perfect blend of luxury and natural charm. It feels like you’re stepping into a peaceful sanctuary. The architecture and landscaping blend so effortlessly with the natural beauty of Bali that every photo looks like a postcard. Whether it was the ceremony under the open sky or our candlelit reception, every space created unforgettable moments. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and became one of the highlights of our celebration.

We booked the whole resort for our guests to stay with us. They were blown away by the serene setting and charming accommodations. Having the whole venue to ourselves made the experience even more special. It gave us the rare opportunity to spend quality, uninterrupted time with our loved ones — sharing slow breakfasts, swimming together in the stunning pool, and watching the sunset from the deck. There was an amazing sense of intimacy and joy in having everyone together in one beautiful place. It felt like our own little world.
