RedDoorz near Gubeng Station Surabaya — Hotel in Surabaya

I really didn't expect the room to be that scary, starting from entering the lobby I felt it was okay and still thinking positively, eh but after going up, getting out of the elevator OMG it was pitch black with no lights at all, only relying on the hallway lights. the room door was broken and the room was really damp and smelled of wet things, asking to be moved but getting a room that smelled of pee that hadn't been flushed for days. I felt like crying but oh well it was just for transit but I really couldn't sleep, the sheets were shabby, the towels were also shabby, the AC wasn't cold, the TV wouldn't turn on. then the elevator often had errors so I had to take the stairs, even then it was really dark. the hallway near the stairs smelled of flowers. their photos look very nice, but not in the reality! i ordered 2 double bed for 2 adult and 2 kids, i paid extra (almost double price) but they give one queen bed only . they gave one towel look not clean i asked about it and they said nothing room left and no more towel! iam speechless and very disappointed!, but i have no choice because i stay here for transit only and hotel arround there nothing room left in last minutes booking. i stayed here, toilet smell very bad, pillow look like soo old and less cleanness! it’s different from the photos. i really not recomend this reddoorz at all. uncomfortable and this is the worst place i ever stay ! the pillow they gave only one hanging like...
