This is a really a good family hotel. Both in terms of being run by a family and good for families.|The location is in the center of the road from Bolzano to Trento, in the center of the Dolomiti Ski area. So you need on average 30-40min drive to a decent ski facility. The rooms are very spacious with breathtaking views. We had a family apartment sleeping 6, but we were 4. One closed king bedroom, and one king bed in the open space, in addition to the sofa bed a dinning table a a very well equipped kitchenette. Also a nice balcony, I guess would be amazing in Summer.|Housekeeping everyday, and the service was quite attentive and clean. The apartment was modern yet very cosy.|Break fast was also attended too by the family (owners), very polite, attentive, and service oriented. A great variety at breakfast with amazing views as well.|Now the negatives. The owners will leave the hotel in the evening, while we hardly needed something at that time, but once the heating wasn't working and the owner was unreadable on his mobile.|We had to spend the night in the cold.|For those who care, the shower is walled by glass in the middle of the apartment, so if you have an issue showering in front of the whole family, you might want to reconsider, or ask for a closed one at reservation. We had to find a work around that...
Read moreMe and my boyfriend had a lovely stay at this hotel. The apartment where we stayed was fully equipped providing everything we needed to cook and hence enjoy a homely atmosphere.||The place is very spacious - which is good for a longer stay.||The views from the balcony are just stunning, I think I took a dozen pictures trying to capture the play of the clouds, the rays of sun or even the mist - which just added drama to the already spectacular landscape.||||We went for a gorgeous run in the morning on a marked path towards the lake nearby which took us back through the vineyards - just beautiful. it was quite hilly though! ||||Our host was very friendly and helpful, provided us with tips about what to see and where to eat in Bolzano. The best tip he gave us was to stop for a cup of tea at the superb lounge of the Park Hotel located at the top of the Renon cable car in Bolzano - which otherwise we would have passed by.||||All in all - a wonderful experience which contributed to us having a great...
