Great (really GREAT) place to stay in Southern Tyrol. Large and comfortable apartment. I recommend the apartment "Golden Delicious" with direct access to the garden. In the apartment very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, clean and bright bathrooms. Beautifully maintained garden with swimming pool, sauna, space for spending time together with a glass of local wine. Parking space for a car in the underground garage with a lift to the room. And many more... Within walking distance good restaurants, local shop 600 meters away (the way back - up the hill), 3 minutes by car to the center of the town (Kaltern is beautiful) - it's actually walking distance. We got admission to the lake bathing area - lido Gretl am See - and tickets for public transport (also some mountain cablecars). The hosts offer local wine and apple juice. I highly recommend! Casa accogliente, 3 notti nell'appartamento pink Lady 2. Siamo 4 in famiglia casa calda, accogliente, pulizia Eccezionale. Appena arrivati ci accoglie la proprietaria, ci mostra l'appartamento e il garage interrato (grande, pulito, coperto, con bici e scooter a disposizione). Due camere da letto con armadio, materassi comodi e piumino pulito. Riscaldamento a terra e termostati in ogni stanza. Primo elogio della casa: il bagno. Pulitissimo, asciugamani come da foto, doppio lavandino, doccia grande e nessuna incrostazioni. Secondo diamante il soggiorno con cucina. Tavolo da 4, sedie comode, divano altrettanto,cucina dotata di ogni comfort e attrezzature (bollitore, fornelli a induzione, microonde, lavastoviglie, frigo, freezer, moka) credenza con piatti puliti, tazze da latte, da the e da caffè, bicchieri di vario tipo e dimensione. Posate e utensili nuovi. TV schermo piatto con decoder per vedere canali italiani e tedeschi. La vista, che dire, bellissima su tutto il paesino di Caldaro e sulle Alpi. Tavolo e sdraio (non utilizzati dato il freddo). A disposizione degli ospiti un cesto con bevande (da pagare) molto buone. All'esterno Biliardino, ping pong e ascensore per il garage. Wir hatten für 14 Tage die Wohnung "Vernatsch" im sog. Weinhaus gemietet. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur sehr großen Terrasse. Von dort hat mein einen wunderschönen Blick auf Kaltern bzw. das Tal und den Kalterer See, umgeben von Bergen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Wohnzimmer mit großen Tisch und das Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche hat alles, was man braucht. Unweit der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist der Parkplatz. Die drei Häuser sind am Hang gebaut, so dass z.B. unter unserer Terrasse eine Lounge vorhanden war und die Terrasse somit nicht ebenerdig ist. Dadurch hat man aber diesen tollen Blick von der Terrasse. Es gibt einen beheizten Pool, der im September auch genutzt werden konnte. Alle, die in diesem von der Familie Ambach geführten Anwesen arbeiten, waren sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das ganze trug zu einer familiären Stimmung bei.
