Bar Gelateria Riva Azzurra — Restaurant in Alzachèna/Arzachena

After long day on the boat we came as a big company for a drinks and ice cream .there is no people was there at 6pm . We asked for bill they pointed to go inside to pay .if they would of bring the bill to the table nothing would have happened . We spent over 200 euros and unfortunately one of us forgot small plastic bag with 350 euros in it on a table . we realised it in 15 min called them and they said they haven’t seen it. Once we arrived they was all very rude and shout and start unloading some bins right in a middle of the cafe . As we said may be you check it all from the table to the bin . Clearly the servant lady who was cleaning the table picked it up as it was impossible not realised it had a coins in this bag together with 50,20 and 10 changing notes .I would never trust this place with service and they way the treat their customers. Shame on the place as they not honest and trustworthy. Stay away and give business to another much nicer and friendly cafe...

Unfortunately by far the worst experience of our whole Sardinia trip. We went there yesterday afternoon and ordered ice cream for 6€. We wanted to pay with a 10€ bill. The waitress asked for change which we didn’t have. She insisted on giving at least 1€ so she can give us back a 5€ bill. What were we supposed to do? Make 1€ magically appear? She started cursing and walked to the till, cursed a little more, walked back to us and handed us back a 5€ bill. I apologized and gave her a friendly “Grazie”, she walked away mocking me. Ice cream was ok/average but this person (female, brown ponytail) should never...

Siamo stati qui una Domenica pomeriggio perché cercavamo un posto dove poter mangiare anche solo un hamburger. Non appena arrivati ci accomodiamo e la proprietaria del locale ci manda una cameriera per prendere l’ordine alla quale chiediamo gentilmente il menù ma ci viene comunicato che la cucina era chiusa e che quindi potevano servire solo dei toast, acconsentiamo e ci vengono portati dopo circa 25 minuti. Il servizio un po’ lento ma non è questo che è andato male perché poco dopo che ci vengono serviti i toast arriva un gruppo di ragazzi di circa 10 persone che si siedono, non appena la proprietaria li sente chiedere il menù, nella speranza che nessuno li avesse sentiti, chiede loro se parlassero tedesco e annuendo gli comunica che può portargli il menù. Non appena ho avuto la consapevolezza di quello che stava accadendo mi sono infastidita parecchio ma per non creare determinate dinamiche e disagio agli altri clienti seduti diciamo che borbottavo e allo stesso tempo cercavo un contatto visivo con la proprietaria che si era già accorta del malcontento. Poco prima di alzarci la proprietaria si avvicina scusandosi dell’accaduto inventando scuse riguardo ad un piccolo incidente accaduto alla ragazza che lavora in cucina. Quello che sicuramente è accaduto è che scomodare una cucina per la vendita di soli 2 panini, o forse la signora pensava che ne avremmo preso 1 solo da dividere, non ne sarebbe valsa la pena ma una vendita che le avrebbe fruttato un po’ di più sicuramente si. Nessuno dovrebbe esser trattato con cosí poco rispetto ne tantomeno le persone che sono chiaramente del posto perché come tutti paghiamo i prezzi folli che si propongono senza...
