By chance I had dinner at this Noodle Bar which served so called Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese. Thai and even Indonesian food. It is quite amazing but however I was quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the service of the staff. I ordered the Japanese tonkotsu ramen with pork broth. The noodle were not well cooked, probably prepared by a novice. The soup base was not what I expected. Another dish I ordered was satay. Food is subpar - tastes nothing like the real dishes. It’s sad to say this was the worst Asian food I’ve ever tasted overseas. No where in Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, Iceland, and other European countries have they done food like this.

Owner seems to be rude as well - called reviewers monkeys… if that’s the kind of respond you get for a very honest review, that speaks a lot of the owner’s attitude.
One star. I’d give it...

In someone else ramen?). We also got some shrimps in tempura and ratio shrimp to tempura was insane. To summarize, restaurant is trying to pretend nice Asian-fusion place but the reality is poor taste and big...
