Nice renovated place, really unfriendly owners.||||After the first night, our baby and my wife were full of red dots. we showed them to the owners, they said they were mosquito bites, and that was the point when they turned unfriendly.||||They insisted on to stay more, so they kindly offered us to clean the room and kill all the mosquitoes.||The following morning we found even more new bites on the baby's body.||we felt, this is a real awkward situation, so we tried to be very soft, and told them we are leaving after two days. We offered them to pay for the 2 nights we spent there, but they insisted on getting the money for the full 5 days, referring to booking.com's booking policy.||||We contacted booking.com, sent them the pictures we took. after a couple of emails and phone calls we gave up, booking wasn't willing to help us.||They wanted us to go to see a doctor, and send them the report about the bites, but we just didn't want to ruin our holiday with that anymore.||||So right after we left, Victoria b&b just cancelled our staying as if it was a no show, took the full amount of money for 5 days staying, instead of two, we actually spent there. With this action we weren't even able to write a review on booking.com.||(actually booking.com didn't even want to help us with that, they said they cannot reopen it, but they took our money of course)||||After that we got one more booking.com email saying that they are really sorry.||||That was all.||||It was my last action to write this review, I am going to forget booking.com, and I wouldn't suggest Victoria b&b for anyone, because of the owners' lack of...

We received a very cheerful welcome on arrival at the Victoria B and B (named after Marco and Geanina's daughter) in Cagliari. The room, with an en suite and balcony, was meticulously clean and well appointed with a comfortable double bed, storage area for our luggage and small table and chair. We were given clean towels and the bedding was changed after our second day. The hosts were able to provide us with all manner of interesting information and attention while allowing us a sense of comfortable privacy.||The apartment is located within 5 minutes walk of the San Benedetto Market and it is an easy stroll to all of the sights of Cagliari.||I would call this a 5 star experience and would highly recommend anyone to stay here.||Thanks for an enjoyable...

This rooms are complete scam.In the photos They show up as being big and confortable but it's tottally the opposite. ||Our room is small and doesn't even show up in the photos. It's the worst room that is why he doesn't put the photos. ||It's really hot in the bedroom, the Air conditioner goes directly to us and its direction goes straight to us, it's broken. ||The bed is really bad because the matress is really thick, not good to rest and sleep a good night. It's the worst matress for real. ||The owner doesn't give you any invoice, just asks you for the money. ||We were totally scamed, not the room se thought, no good conditions. ||We payed 76 euros per night, In our opinion, this Room is not even worth 50 euros....
