Hotel Lido Blu Surf & Bike — Hotel in Comunità Alto Garda e Ledro

Torbole is situated in the north on Lake Garda, this hotel is about a 5 minute walk into the city center of Torbole and about a 15 minute walk along the water to Riva, (home of the best gelato (Gelateria Flora). The hotel offers free city bikes which makes the commute fast, there is a wonderful walkway along the water, at peak times it was quite crowded, making biking difficult. The hotel takes the upmost precautions with Covid 19, most guests follow the mask rule, no breakfast buffet, you order and it is served to you. I would recommend having transportation, we dined out every night,as there was no restaurant in the hotel, but one can easily walk to Torbole. |We booked a deluxe lake view with balcony. The room was spacious and we were 2 adults, one teenager, stayed 5 nights. New bathroom, closet/shelves/hooks for clothes & shoes. Very clean and overall newly finished. Balcony with room for 2 chairs and a table. Front desk was very friendly and alwas accommodating to requests. Beautiful lounge chairs for use, they have a garden area looking over the walkway to the lake, many guests placed their lounge direclty on the stones waterfront. The hotel is wonderful - the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The staff are helpful, welcoming and warm - especially the reception staff. ||The hotel location is perfect - directly on the lake with its own private garden and private beach. Sun loungers, parasols and little tables are available to guests. The gardens and outside areas are clean, maintained and very scenic. We also used the free canoes and had a lovely morning on the lake. ||The room we stayed in was with a balcony overlooking the lake which was beyond beautiful. Decent size balcony but the view was priceless. ||The breakfast was very good with an abundance on offer - fresh pastries, hot food, breads, fruit, cheese, meats, cereals etc. All very well labelled for allergens and vegan options available. ||The wellness centre included in the stay was fantastic! A lovely sized indoor pool, two saunas, steam room, ice shower. Really relaxing and a great place to unwind. ||We absolutely loved our stay of a week here and would 100%...
