we came here despite the fact that we saw very negative opinions about the SERVICE earlier. the restaurant has a great view. however, the service of one waitress (supposedly her name is laura) was HORRIBLE and rude. she seemed offended, she nudged me and has a very dissatisfied face. she made us feel her bad attitude towards work. when another (very nice young waitress) brought us a beer she asked if we wanted chips.. we didn't even have time to answer when that waitress already said something to her in Italian (I understood that she shouldn't offer because I speak fluent Spanish) to which the young waitress got confused... we felt terrible. Yesterday, I visited this restaurant and had an extremely frustrating experience. First, I waited in line for 20-25 minutes, and when it was finally my turn, I was seated at a table. However, no one informed me about a waitlist or took my name upon arrival.

When I tried to place my order, the staff rudely told me I had to be on their waitlist - even though nobody had approached me earlier. This is completely unprofessional and disorganized, If there’s a waitlist system, they should properly inform customers instead of wasting their time.

The attitude of the staff was unacceptable, and I will never return to this place. I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant if they expect...

Lots of outside seating with a mix of sun and shade. Was our first stop after driving in from Rovereto as we needed a drink post a traffic filled drive.

We had coffees and beers and I had an affogato. Loved the cute little jug of espresso over a very generous scoop of gelato. Had a range of local and German beers and gave great snacks with the beers (crisps puffed corn and peanuts)
