Hotel Habitat — Hotel in Giussano

Stayed for three nights on business. The room I had was very loud as it was immeidately above the roundabout and the main road - unfortunately the hotel was full, so I could not get another room. I would rate it max. 3 star, rooms had very basic furnishings, the beds were ok, bathroom was simple. The common areas were quite dirty - for example the lifts have clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was average. The waiter was clearly not happy when I asked for a cappucino instead of the pre-brewn coffee - and when he brought it was cold and unpleasant. The hotel is not central to anything, so you need a car...

Wir waren während des Formel 1 Rennens in Monza im Hotel Habitat untergebracht.||Das Hotel wurde von mir per E-Mail gebucht. Nachdem ich eine Anfrage an das Hotel schickte bekam ich folgende Antwort:||Dear Sir,I confirm the availability of one double room||Check in 04.09.15||Check out 06.09.15||The price for the double room is Euro 180,00 breakfast wi.fi included.||||Ich ging also davon aus, dass ich am 4.9 anreise, am 6.9 abreise und dafür 180 € bezahle!||||Die Überraschung folgte dann beim Check-Out. Ich wurde dann sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass die 180 € pro Nacht waren. Außerdem solle ich froh sein, in anderen Hotels würde man 400 € die Nacht bezahlen. ||||Für 180 € pro Nacht erwarte ich eigentlich, dass die Zimmer staubfrei sind und nicht auf Steckdosen und Lampen dicker Staub zu finden ist!||Der Marmor in der Dusche ist stumpf und verkalkt, an den Rändern der Türe ist es teilweise dreckig.||Die Hotelbarwurde von der Rezeption mitbetreut und es dauerte sehr lange bis man was zu trinken bekam. Außerdem konnten einige Cocktails nicht zubereitet werden da Zutaten fehlten.||Das Frühstück war für diese Preisklasse nicht ausreichend. Toast, harte trockene Brötchen, Zwieback, Rührei etc...da erwarte ich mehr für das Geld.||Die Vorspeise beim Abendessen war nicht gut. Der Fisch meiner Frau war innen noch roh (nicht glasig sondern roh!). Mein Tatar war geschmacklos und ungewürzt.||Die Pasta zu Hauptgang war allerdings sehr gut!! Der ältere Kellner war übrigens sehr freundlich.||||Wir hatten unser Zimmer (318) zum Hinterhof. Somit war der Straßenlärm nicht so hörbar. Allerdings war draußen eine Lüftung etc. Dies stellte sich als nicht gerade leise heraus. ||||Wie gesagt, bei 180 € für den gesamten Aufenthalt hätte man über einige Sachen hinwegsehen können. Didn't sleep well here. Rooms were too warm, I asked the staff to help me with the air con and they told me it is centrally fixed. However, I truly believe it was something wrong with mine. When opening the door to the balcony it smelled like it was a fire somewhere close, so I had to close it. Rooms were clean, but are more aimed to the male business man since there no toiletries for women, such as lotion or conditioner. Breakfast is very limited and mainly consist of sugar.|Will...
