Rubbish - avoid

Pros: A street away from beach Nice swimming pool across road

Cons - Staff rude and did nothing, e.g. no one accompanied us to the apartments which were three streets from hotel; in ITALY we speak Italian and English, and we communicated in writing in English, and they insisted on responded in German?! Apartment was NOT as advertised - there was no sun deck only small terrace; Inside the apartment: it could have been cleaner, esp. kitchen; the aircon rattled constantly; not all gas-elements worked on stove; the extractor did not work at all and no light; the toilet seat was broken; they only provided one toilet roll; we do not know if the dishwasher worked cause they did not provide a washing tab.

NOTE - we rented for two nights for 530 EUROS! Arriving Friday night at 1900 and had to checked out Sunday at 1100, we wanted one day to go to the beach, Saturday. So when we checked out on Sunday morning we informed the management about the problems and they were rude. They said we should have told them when we moved in and refused to accept that they should have made sure the apartment was in good condition before they rented it. These people are greedy and...

We stayed here while our kids had a swim meet at The Lignano Olympic pool. It was an easy walk from this apartment to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Apartment was very spacious (we stayed in 302). One bedroom had a queen bed and the other 2 twin beds. Unfortunately the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets weren’t very good quality either. I expected more comfortable beds and higher quality sheets for what we paid. There were 2 full bathrooms which was great! There was a kitchenette that was pretty well stocked (except for bowls and wine glasses). There was an elevator, which was especially convenient on the 3rd floor and a parking garage below street level. We also enjoyed the large balcony off the kitchen. Really welcoming the place but firstly the staff. We found it really last minute and it didn't disappoint. We were in 6 and all of us had a bed,plus two separate bathrooms. There was a lovely balcony that communicated with all the rooms. And a fully operational kitchen. It has private parking underground and also in the frond for easy access. Its easy accessible for people with mobility problems because it provides with an elevator for all floors and a ramp connecting the front yard with...
