B&B La Terrazza di Barbara — Hotel in Milan

Sweet small B&B, very clean, all considered location, communication, ease of reaching the owner Barbara, friendliness, ability to adapt to your needs or at least reply quickly, noise levels of environment it is worth the booking.

I liked that I booked the single room but it still had a private well spaced bathroom, lots of tea and coffee amenities, a fridge (I didn’t use other than to take cold water, but it’s great if you are staying multiple days and like to leave fresh fruit in there or large bottles of water). Breakfast is nice as you have a small cute terrace to sit on with any other guests staying, you get inclusive cake, sweet bread with jam, yoghurt, fresh juice, coffee and in my case I also asked for...

Amazing host, accommodations and location! My wife and I stayed here on 2 occasions, once in September ‘24 then October’24. The space is immaculate. Beds are comfy, breakfasts are awesome! You sit on the terrace and watch the neighborhood. Great location! A market across the street with great selection of food stuffs and wine. A farmacia on the corner. A great restaurant a block away along with many great and varies eateries within walking distance. An amazing Friday street market. Many choices of transportation. Il Bed and Breakfast di Barbara è il simbolo della trasformazione del mondo del turismo.||||In località come le città d'arte, il bisogno di soggiornare in un hotel viene meno per la maggioranza degli ospiti, per questo negli ultimi anni è aumentata la ricettività extralberghiera e la stessa Barbara ha intuito il potenziale del mercato, acquistando l'appartamento a fianco al suo per adibirlo a B&B.||||I vantaggi di questa tipologia di alloggio sono l'ospitalità di chi ti accoglie in casa sua e l'amore per il proprio lavoro, che non sono affatto scontati in un hotel.||All'arrivo mi è stato chiesto se avevo intolleranze e la mattina seguente mi è stata preparata una torta alle mele senza lattosio.||La colazione non è ovviamente a buffet, ma decisamente ottima con frutta, pane, torta, succo e marmellata più eventuali bevande calde.||||La casa è ubicata in un buon quartiere di Milano e in uno stabile con portierato, consta di 3 camere ristrutturate nel 2020 e manutenute perfettamente, insonorizzazione eccellente, tapparelle elettriche e zanzariere. La pulizia è perfetta. Dopo esser uscito dalla doccia ho notato che gli asciugamani sono della Eurotex, marca superlativa di forniture alberghiere di cui ho acquistato anni fa un lenzuolo da me usato ancora oggi, pur essendo a prezzo stracciato.||Nella mia camera era presente un terrazzino e durante la bella stagione si fa colazione sul terrazzo, da cui prende il nome il B&B.||||Termino ringraziando Barbara e il marito per la loro ospitalità.||||PS: è tutto regolare con ricevuta e tassa...
