Together with my wife, we have spent couple of days in Hotel Posta and it was great! Hotel’s location is perfect if you are looking forward to travel around Lake Como’s surrounding area. It is just couple of minutes away from Como City, less than an hour from Milan and couple of kilometres from Swiss border. On top of that, the hotel itself is located ~50 meters from the shore of the lake and directly in front of it there is a boat pier where tourist’s boats and ships stop regularly. There is also a nice, public beach couple of meters to the side and two nice restaurants. Speaking of food the restaurant in Hotel Posta is awesome! Do not expect to see pizza on the menu, but you will find plenty of great, traditional and local Italian dishes all made in a home&family style. It is delicious, there is a nice selection of wines, and the service is competent, cheerful and helpful. The hotel itself is a family business with the owner running the place and being present every day, keeping an eye on things and cheering guests. There is also an underground parking available. Should you be arriving by car, I recommend you to notify the reception desk. Hotel Posta is a lovely place to stay and dine and we recommend it to everyone who is curious of the beauty...

The restaurant is placed in front of the Moltrasio landing stage. The position is comfortable both arriving with boats or by car, since a small but reasonable parking area is located close to the restaurant. Whatever is your reason to be on the Como Lake, the atmosphere you can find at "La Veranda" is terrific since it combine the romanticism of the place, the courtesy and the professionality of the staff and of course, the extremely fine quality of dishes and wines. At "La Veranda" you can find seats either outsides on the small garden, which is the best option during the summer or within the internal verandah. My suggestion is to book in advance in order to request the most suitable place. The food is served with specialities of fresh, traditional, seasonal dishes but you can find also widely known dishes. It is also possible to find a wide selections of Italian and local wines. I strongly reccomend to visit the Ristorante "La Veranda" if you are searching a nice atmosphere and eating good...

We recently stayed at Hotel Posta for a wedding, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms were impressively spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat with excellent air conditioning and cozy beds.

While half of the wedding guests stayed at Hotel Posta, the other half were next door at a hotel priced at three times the cost. Based on our experience, I’m convinced we got much more value for our money at Hotel Postaq.
