If u want to sleep it’s better to go somewhere else . The rooms have no isolation so you can hear even the shower from the next room or the steps over your head from the second floor, also the light from the aisle come into your room thru the door. The shower it’s extremely hard to regulate and the water it’s boiling hot. The wc was broken and it was flipping all the time. The bed it’s uncomfortable, really hard mat as well the pillows. Unfortunately our room was attack to the kitchen so we can also hear the breakfast noises behind our head. It’s very noisy and uncomfortable, that we couldn’t sleep during the night , and when we came back from the beach to rest, they were doing works with hammer and drill, so the noise was even worst. At least when I told them if they could stop they did it. The host are nice people but they need to improve and invest in...

Luca was very helpful and pleasant when we arrive. The room was big, but very old and needs renovation, the shower is not comfortable, and it is very cold in the bathroom. On the second day of stay, Luca didn't show up, so we needed to take a breakfast from the fridge by ourselves, on the second day of stay there was no electricity and water, so it was freezing and we didn't have even an opportunity to brush the teeth. Struttura con grandi potenzialità, all'interno di un parco privato a mondello con silenzio e quiete durante la notte. La villa, suddivisa in diverse camere b&b, ha alcune stanze con bagno interno ed altre con bagno in una porta esterna, il che ovviamente richiede il dover uscire dalla stanza per fare docce ed andare in bagno, passando in aree comuni. Ad ogni modo gli host lo hanno ampiamente indicato prima di prenotare. L'idea che mi sono fatto è che sostanzialmente la villa non sia ancora stata adeguata ad essere una struttura ricettizia e che sia dunque rimasta tal quale a come era quando se ne faceva un uso privato. La stanza che avevamo noi era per 5 e teoricamente due dei 3 bambini avrebbero dovuto dormire nel soppalco al piano superiore che però, essendo un sottotetto e non essendo climatizzato, ci ha sostanzialmente costretto a dormire tutti al piano inferiore con un materasso per terra... Rubinetteria, mobilio ed arredi, sono evidentemente datati e, come dicevo, necessiatano di un adattamento all'uso come b&b. La colazione è davvero molto buona ed abbondante ed i due host sono stati sempre molto disponibili, ottime le aree verdi avanti ed...
