The service at Alias was excellent. All the waiters were extremely friendly and courteous. Orders were taken and served promptly without feeling rushed. The staff was very attentive, skillfully anticipating any needs or questions.

The presentation of the dishes was tasteful and modern. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding, which was reflected in the excellent flavor of the food. We enjoyed an appetizer, a first and second course, as well as one desserts, accompanied by wine.

The price-performance ratio was appropriate. The prices reflected the high quality of the food and the excellent service.

We recently (Oct. 14th) showed up to Alias after our flight to Palermo and after the kitchen had closed. Instead of turning us away, the owner checked with his staff and said they could serve us but would not be able to do pasta. We thankfully accepted and were treated to one of the best meals on our trip! Each dish used fresh and local ingredients and every bite was amazing, especially when paired with an excellent Tascante Rose. The service throughout was amazing and the vibe was perfect. Intimate, thoughtful, and meticulous; a wonderful find! It is an excellent spot for elevated cuisine and great service. Roberto, the owner, visits every table and is incredibly friendly. He made some great recommendations and makes an awesome gin and tonic (he uses a Japanese tonic). But be advised, that's the only cocktail they make. They only do wine, no beer/cocktails. Great place for a date or a small group. Great value for the price. I believe Roberto runs this out of his own home. It's a truly unique place, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone...
