D'Aragona Guest House, Palermo — Hotel in Palermo

If you’re booking a B&B or an apartment from one of the mini guesthouse options, I would recommend attempting to book this first if they’re not booked out. from the moment I showed up, they were most hospitable and courteous, making sure I understood the nuances and the details of my stay.

They provide fancy espresso pods, fresh & clean smelling towels. Free Wi-Fi and AC in the room. Everything is brand new, including the apartment itself. On my second morning, I received a text message, saying that they left me a bottle of water, and a discount to one of the restaurants just down the street was completely unexpected, and very thoughtful of them. I can’t say enough about this place if and when I return to Sicily, I will surely contact them ahead of time. I don’t plan on staying...

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Guest House D'aragona weil wir auf der durchreise waren. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, Sauberkeit der Oberklasse und alles da was man braucht bis zum Kaffee für den morgen. Zentrumsnah so dass man die Stadt Palermo zu Fuß erreichen kann. Bars und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Parkplätze findet man ums Haus herum. Wir haben in einer Garage geparkt, daß sich auch direkt eine Straße hinter uns befindet ( sehr zu empfehlen wenn man auf durchreise ist und das Auto voll beladen bleibt) Die Empfehlung dazu bekam ich auch von der lieben Katia ( Betreiberin) danke schon mal dafür 🤗 Aber das beste an dem ganzen Erlebnis ist , die sehr nette, aufmerksame und liebevolle Betreiberin Katia. Von Anfang an an unserer Seite. Planung der Ankunft ( aus Deutschland, dann mit Schiff aus Genua - Palermo) Ankunft war verspätet, Chaos auf dem weg zur Unterkunft ( da viel los um die Uhrzeit vom Hafen her kommend) 2 mal falsch abgebogen. Und Katia immer abrufbar. Sie und Ihr ebenso lieber Mann und Sohn, kamen uns abholen ( weil ich aufeinmal nicht mehr weiter wusste ) und wir fuhren zur Unterkunft. Danach begleiteten sie uns zur Garage und zum krönenden Abschluss reservierte sie uns einen Tisch in einem Restaurant in der nähe damit wir noch was zu essen bekommen, weil es mittlerweile so spät geworden war. Sie fuhren uns direkt dorthin damit unser Auto in der Garage bleiben konnte. Der Weg zum Guesthouse war zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Alles unkompliziert mit Zahlenschloss. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Wir hatten morgens dann kein Stress zum auschecken, durften noch gemütlich in der Bar um die Ecke ( nach Empfehlung von Katia) frühstücken, und sind dann zurück ins Zimmer und hatten noch das Glück uns persönlich bei ihr zu verabschieden. Wir sind sehr froh dieses Guest house gefunden zu haben , aber vorallem glücklich solch nette Menschen kennen gelernt zu haben. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und werden es immer wieder buchen wenn wir in der Gegend sind. Empfehlen können wir es aus voller Überzeugung und Zufriedenheit.

Un gioiello nascosto nel cuore di Palermo

Il nostro soggiorno alla Guest House D'Aragona è stato un'esperienza meravigliosa e indimenticabile, nonostante il nostro motivo poco piacevole del viaggio, che loro hanno saputo rendere il più dolce possibile e a tratti spensierato. Parlando della struttura questa è situata nel cuore di Palermo ed è un vero gioiello che combina eleganza, comfort e un'ospitalità straordinaria.

La posizione è semplicemente perfetta per chi vuole esplorare la città. A pochi passi dalle principali attrazioni, come la Cattedrale di Palermo e il Teatro Massimo, e circondato da ottimi ristoranti e caffè. Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli. I letti sono estremamente comodi, garantendo un riposo rigenerante dopo giornate piene.

Sono innumerevoli i loro pregi ma quello che mi ha colpita di più è la pulizia che è impeccabile e che mi ha fatta sentire sempre a casa e coccolata in ogni minimo dettaglio. Tutto sempre pulito e profumato come a casa e tutto sempre perfetto, dai continui cambi asciugamani e pulizie ogni mattina. Inoltre super confort anche in cucina che per noi è stata preziosa. E' dotata di veramente tutto, anche lavastoviglie, aspetto mai visto altrove.

Il vero punto di forza della Guest House D'Aragona, tuttavia, sono i proprietari. La loro accoglienza calorosa, la disponibilità a fornire consigli preziosi su ogni nostra esigenza, ed erano tante. La loro passione ci ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Particolare menzione per me però merita la mia ormai amica Katia, la persona che ha trasformato la nostra permanenza in un cammino di un mese e più sopportabile e leggero. Sempre attenta, dolce, premurosa, disponibile h24, risolutrice di problemi in pochissimo tempo, non c'è stato desiderio o esigenza che non abbia soddisfatto e soprattutto presente, cosa a mio parere non dovuta, ma che lei ha fatto ugualmente.

In sintesi, la Guest House D'Aragona è il miglior luogo in assoluto per chi desidera esplorare Palermo in tutta comodità e stile o per chi come noi aveva altre esigenze.
