Happy place d'Aragona apartment — Hotel in Palermo

Wonderful apartment for 4-5 people at the second floor, very stylish and comfortable. Tons of sweet details put together to make for a functional and pleasant stay. Host Veronica is extremely approachable and friendly, easy to communicate with and always available. The apartment itself is clean and smells so good, there's a washing machine you can use, vacuum cleaner and iron, and air conditioners in two rooms keep it chilled if you don't like the heat from the outside. It's a peaceful building and neighborhood, and the beds are firm and comfy with plenty of pillows to choose from so you're guaranteed to get your good night's sleep. There's free parking spaces in the street, historical centre is reachable by a 15-20 min stroll (just leave your car around the building and walk, seriously), Ballarò market is even closer and if you're going out of town, you can reach the fast roads pretty easily. It is in a rough area and rubbish is piled high Too scary to venture out at night Skip on fire in street on our first night

The courtyard is a building site with very loud builders starting at 8am each morning incl Saturday The noise was deafening See video below There was no balcony as advertised There were no steaming services There was no light in second bedroom The sofa was not big enough for 2 people to sit on The whole place is dark At night the courtyard was really noisy with screaming, shouting, children, dogs etc

The power sockets all stopped working on our 2nd morning so we had to manage electrician as owner lives 60 km away It is a 30 min walk to historic centre

The host did not recompense us for ruining our first 2 nights

I think other good reviews must be from friends of the host because there is not a world in which this is...

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours en famille dans cet Appartement incroyable, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, fonctionnel, très propre. Il dispose de 2 belles chambres bien agencées, 1 magnifique salle de douche et un coin salon/cuisine avec TV Netflix. Le petit patio pour fumer est trop mignon. L’appartement est équipé avec de nombreuses LED dans toutes les pièces qui apportent une ambiance particulière à chacune. Tout était neuf, nous avons été accueillis par nos hôtes très sympathiques et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Tout est prévu pour qu’on s’y sente bien, comme dans un hôtel. Chaque espace est très agréable. Le centre est situé à environ 10min de marche. Autour de l’appartement vous trouverez des commerces de proximité.
