Residence Floralp — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

I will begin this by saying that the staff was very kind and welcoming. It was one of those cases where you feel like you are invited to someone's home rather than being just another customer.

The location is very good, located very close to small grocery store, a bar, a restaurant and a park. It is also very close to trailheads and ski slopes.

Our room had a very nice terrace with a view towards mountains. It was well furnished and had everything we needed.

I would like to emphasise the pristine cleanliness of the room. Not a single dust, nothing. Everything felt like new and like nobody has ever lived in there, which was so nice.

The apartment is very clean and well equipped. Everything is well maintained. The bed in our room is big and comfy. We don’t run into our neighbors or hear them a lot. So quite relaxing. The floors have a pleasant citrus smell. There’s a ski room and boot room with warmer and a wellness area. Parking on the premises is non complicated as well.
