Residence Olimpo — Hotel in Rimini

Walking into our room we were very exciting to see what seemed like a nice apartment for the week, and the location was great, right on the beach. But as we began settling in we realized that there were NO bathroom or and very minimal kitchen amenities included. We had to go out and buy toilet paper and a towel for the bathroom sink, kitchen napkins, salt, dishsoap, and many other items that should be included in an apartment. And the supplies they did provide for the kitchen could not have been sanitary because they were very old and you could see black buildup (even after cleaning) on the them. The bedroom was okay, but the sheets could have been cleaned properly we found some spots on them. Once we got everything cleaned with all the supplies we bought we thought that we had everything under control until we noticed the ant infestation coming from the balcony and under the kitchen sink. We told the owner about this and she did absolutely nothing about it, even after we told her we went out to the store to buy bug spray and that they kept coming back. Another issue with the service was that towels were only changed three times on our entire trip there, and they were done on her time (which was not often since she took most of the afternoon off). DO NOT use their washer and dryer it is a complete rip off, 4 euros for each, and the dryer did not even work our clothes were still drenched and she did not care! AND BEWARE THE AIR CONDITIONED IS NOT INCLUDED, we had to pay extra for it, which was a certain rate per kilowat. On the website it does say that it is included, but that is a lie. The owner was somewhat nice to us in the beginning, but became very rude and took advantage of us and tried to hussle us to pay for everything as an "extra". Плюсы тоже есть.. Сначала о минусах При въезде взяли с нас 250€, о которых мы не были предупреждены заблаговременно. 150€ вернули в день отъезда. 100€ ушли на уборку номера и смену полотенец. Уборка номера один раз в 4 дня. Также и смена полотенец. В номере не работает кондиционер. Туалетные принадлежности отсутствуют в принципе (бумага, мыло, шампунь - ничего) Постоянные перебои с водой. Либо горячая, либо холодная. Слабый напор. На кухне вы будете не одни, а в компании муравьев. Много комаров. Покупайте фумигаторы. Мебель в плачевном состоянии. Шумоизоляция почти отсутствует. Вы будете слышать соседей сверху, снизу и сбоку. Дворовая территория ограчивается двумя столиками и несколькими стульями, которые стоят чуть ли не на проезжей части. За детьми нужно пристально слелиьь, чтобы они не выскочили на дорогу. Стиральной машины в номере нет. Есть лишь общая стиральная машина в подсобном помещении. Техника старая, поэтому во время работы издает невыносимый звук, из-за которого стирка ночью запрещена хозяевами отеля. Поэтому уже с утра выстраивается очередь из желающих постирать свои вещи. На ресепшн практически НИКОГДА нет персонала. Доступность только по телефону. О каких 3* идёт речь?

Плюсы Бесплатная парковка для авто, мотоцикла или велосипедов. Довольно оперативно решаются вопросы по телефону с администратором отеля. Не очень далеко бесплатный пляж (рядом с колесом обозрения. Сходите, чтобы сравить с платными пляжами). Мы разницы не почувствовали. Есть кухня в номере. Это экономит деньги. Пожалуй, все.

Никому не советую посещать этот отель. Постоянно приходилось решать бытовые вопросы вместо того, чтобы наслаждаться отдыхом. В итоге расходы состоявили больше, чем в 3-звездочном отеле с бассейном и завтраками-ужинами, который сняли наши друзья в этот же период. Совет: бронируйте отели в Римини минимум за 2 месяца до вылета, т.к. на удивление этот курорт очень популярен среди туристов со всего мира и несмотря на огромнейшее количество отелей, все они быстро встают на...
