Ristorante Il Pesce Innamorato — Restaurant in Rimini

I ordered a meal from the hot seafood dishes for 22 euros which had more bread crumbs than seafood. The staff were rude and angry because I made my comments and they said that usually their seafood is empty when it is an appetizer. If I had ordered a main mean maybe I would get lucky with some more meat in my food. I waited for them to resolve the issue and they said to wait. After 10 minutes, I called the lady again and she said I told you I cannot do anything. Maybe if you were not rude to us we could've offered you another dish. If you don't pay then you can call the police. Then another guy come and tells me: shame on you for not respecting the people in the kitchen who cooked your food!!! Shame that you are rude! Shame Shame!! It is the first time I encounter such a behavior at any restaurant. At the end, a manager came shouting and swearing at me in Italian l,he grabbed my dish and ate from it and kicked me out aggressively...

Came for a four person dinner and saw that the restaurant had good reviews so we gave it a try. Menu seemed to have quite a few options for seafood with lots of variety. We ordered plenty of items with a few starters and meals. We ordered the half lobster meal, poor man’s clams, fried shrimp, a caprese salad, 4 oysters, and 2 shrimp tacos. Sadly, we were missing a plate of shrimp tacos and 3/4 oysters. The service was extremely slow and the starters were sent out with the mains despite the server stating they would be sent out early. The staff didn’t even bring around water until quite late into the meal. For the price of each item we do not feel the quantity was sufficient and unfortunately would not recommend if looking for taste and value. The 2 shrimp tacos...

Siamo andati a cena ieri sera, dopo esserci già stati qualche tempo fa. Il tavolo un po' troppo risicato, a pelo del bancone dove c'è logicamente molto traffico di camerieri ma alla fine rimane abbastanza riservato. In estate si cerca forse di fare un po' troppi coperti, ma alla fine ci sta. Abbiamo ordinato due antipasti di pesce freddi e sinceramente non condivido la scelta di non impiattarli direttamente ma di servirli in una fiamminga unica da dividere, ma la qualità è favolosa. Pesce spada, tartare di tonno, salmone, catalana davvero ottimi. La qualità del pesce è davvero ottima, ma a metà della degustazione vedo arrivare il cameriere con i nostri primi, e appena si accorge che stiamo ancora gustando l'antipasto, torna indietro con i piatti verso la cucina. Al momento che ci vengono serviti i primi mi accorgo immediatamente che la pasta non è stata cucinata nuovamente, era palesemente stata risaltata in padella quella che avevano erroneamente portato prima. La pasta era scotta, e quando mangio un primo da 20 euro, mi aspetto di mangiare la qualità. Alla fine l'ho fatto presente al cameriere che la pasta era stracotta che mi ha risposto che avrebbe fatto presente in cucina. Non sono solito lamentarmi, ma ci sono rimasto davvero male dato che il pesce è di altissima qualità, e la nostra cena partita benissimo, è stata rovinata dai primi piatti. Piccola nota negativa, il cestello del vino appoggiato sul tavolo perche non avevano più piedistalli liberi, quindi spazio ridotto a zero sul tavolo. 3 stelle perché l'antipasto e la qualità del pesce sono davvero alti, ma se dovessi valutare il primo sarebbe davvero da una Stella visto che parliamo di un locale dove non si scende sotto ai 50 euro a persona. Servizio buono e gentile. Ci ritorneremo sperando di poter modificare la valutazione...
