Really enjoyed our stay. We were a little dismayed that our room was not in the main building, but once we settled in, we were very comfortable. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, with extra pillows provided. Lots of outlets, giant tub, and very large bathroom. |Especially appreciated that I could turn on the AC. So many hotels in Italy turn it off and messing with the thermostat makes no difference. As a hot flash sufferer, having AC makes a huge difference in being able to sleep well. |The included breakfast was great, complete with bacon and eggs and the usual other items in the Italian breakfast. Enjoyed the bar and made friends with some Brits while waiting for the restaurant to open. The restaurant was great as well. |All staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. |Parking tip... if you're driving in...when you pass the hotel's main building, there will be a driveway with the large blue "P" on the wall of the second building. It's easy to miss. Google makes it look like you turn right, into a street, but it is more like a driveway. There is a very nice parking lot between the main hotel building and the secondary one. I was impressed with this hotel's attention to detail. Made for a...
Read moreThey gave me room 213, which was a nightmare. Explaining the issues is not an easy task for non English speaker.
The room was way too small for a 4 star hotel. I don’t even understand why they have 4 star rating.
The biggest issue for me was their toilet and within it it’s commode. I simply could not sit straight on the commode. Even when I sat side ways, try doing it and you will understand 😉, I could not stand up without hitting my head or arm to shower door and it’s hook to open the door.
Inside the room the cupboard door was impossible to open completely without moving the chair. And when you moved the chair you could not reach the cupboard. And once you did that, I could not come out without hitting my feet and shins either to bed or chair.
That room is a joke and punishment. Their remaining rooms are ok and they changed the room next day. But my 24 hours in that room were horrible.
Room 213 Not recommended. Also bring your own slippers else you will be walking bare...
Read moreI stayed for 2 nights whilst in Rome on Business and overall the experience was a good one.||I booked online and as I dont speak Italian, I used the auto translate function to english. Unfortunately this meant that I booked 2 rooms rather than 1. As I arrived late at night I had to pay for both rooms for one night. I understand it was my mistake but would have been better to have been told that I would have to pay for both rooms rather than just noticing on my bill.||The hotel itself is very clean and the room was to a good standard. It was hot outside but aircon was good and had a small terrace too.||The location on the hotel was great for work and I got an uber to the colleseum for 35 euros which was ok.||The hotel is in red light district but it still felt safe although I wouldnt rush to come back with my family.||The food for breakfast was very good and the restuarant next door was great for pizza and they spoke very...
