Cozy family-run b&b, perfect for our ski trip. Hosts are warm and nice, they gave us useful tips for our visit in the area.||Location:|- almost ski-to-door - across the street from the slope on Sellaronda clockwise Ski Circuit. |- 50m from the bus stop (2 stops to the cable car Ciampinoi in Selva di Val Gardena)|- 8-10 minutes walking to Selva where are many restaurants and apres-ski bars |- calm and quiet area||Rooms:|- clean and warm (cleaning lady passed almost every day)|- good storage (wardrobe and shelves)|- our room had nice mountain view and a door to a generous terrace |- interior with wood and natural materials ||Breakfast:|- Maria prepared the breakfast with great care and passion.|- local products, fresh and diverse. My friend and I came to Selva de Val Gardena during our travels and we never wanted to leave. The room was ready when we arrived and was absolutely lovely with a good bed and a nice amount of storage for bags. The hosts were absolutely incredible and provided an amazing breakfast with a choice of eggs, they were also very knowledgable and helpful with providing support on walking routes. It was in a great location if you are looking for amazing walking routes in the Dolomites or if you are wanting to explore the local area, it is all in walking distance from the accommodation. Amazing price as well. I would 100% recommend to anyone who is wanting to visit the Dolomites and would definitely recommend Selva de Val Gardena...

Garni Ortles Aldo is clean and warm. The lady Marieanna managing the hotel speaks little English but she understands it. There is a sharp turn just around the corner, you have to be very careful when backup your car on to the road.||This hotel and another hotel of similar name called Garni Ortles Angelo share the same building. This hotel occupies the right half of the building when you face the hotel. Soap is provided but not shampoo. It has the most comfortable bed compare to other 3 hotels that I stayed on this trip.
