We stayed here for 11 nights booked through Inghams holidays. Most of the guests in the hotel were Italian and I was advised that the hotel would not be taking Inghams clients in 2017 but cannot confirm if this is correct. |The hotel was in the Plan area for Selva and was a bit of a walk down into the town centre but on the other hand was really handy for the local bus for which we were given free passes. |The landlady of the hotel really could not have been nicer, she was so eager to please and made sure we had a meal on out arrival even though service had finished for the evening. She also did all the waiting herself and gave us a free packed lunch every day which we were not expecting. An absolutely lovely lady.|The hotel itself was very nice and had recently undergone refurbishment to public areas.|The rooms were quite small but definitely adequate and very clean. If we could have asked for any little changes it would have been glasses provided in the room for a drink of water and a safe for our passports etc. |A very...

Great food
Good accommodation
The building is fairly new so everything is in good shape
Amazing skiing
The waitress is very good hearted and service minded but occasionally forgets orders and is clumsy
The chef who also works in the reception is unfriendly and some times plain rude not being service minded at all
The plates and bowls are sometimes dirty, something that I at least don’t prefer as you are supposed to eat from them
The hotel markets that they only are 200 meters from the ski lift, that’s 200 meters to a chair lift that goes to two smaller lifts that lead to the main lift that brings you up the mountain. If you want to go directly to the main ski lift it’s about one kilometer by foot or a buss ride
When I asked the chef/receptionist how long it takes to walk down to the main ski lift he answered that it takes him 5 minutes, I clocked myself doing the walk in 15 minutes so either he is some sort of superhuman or I don’t know how to walk...
Read moreWe arrived to Selva for a week of hiking in the breathless sceneries of the Dolomites. Beatrice has welcome us warmly with relentless effort to help and assist us with any question we had.||The hotel is located 2 minutes drive/ 10 minutes walk from Selva's center making it very easy to access too restaurants & the tourist information. When we arrived we got also two bus tickets for the week which can be used to get to the hiking areas (free of charge), bus station is located against the hotel.||Breakfast is very good, but the dinner is a must have (please remember to ask for it during breakfast time as booking table is needed during the busy seasons) !||The room is large and very well renovated, some of the rooms have a mountain view. There is a nice spa in the hotel as well which helps relaxing after a day of hiking in the mountains.||I would definitely come back here if we decide to visit the area again as Beatrice and her husband made our stay...
