In this hutte I got a chance to experience the smallest and thinnest wiener schnitzel for a great price of 19 eur! I mentioned the size after we finished and they said I should have asked for a bigger one when I got the plate?? My advice is: if you dont like the size of your schnitzel ask for a bigger one lol. Ho "scoperto" questa baita la prima volta che sono andato a sciare a Selva. Da allora tutte le volte che passo di lì mi fermo volentieri. È un posto un po' nascosto perché salendo con la seggiovia non si nota subito e lo si vede a fianco all'arrivo quando magari già si è diretti alla discesa. Anche i tesori però sono un po' nascosti, e questo posto è un piccolo tesoro per esposizione, ambiente, calda tradizione. Davvero ottimo per una pausa rigenerante tra una sciata e l'altra. Ho letto che i formaggi sono di loro produzione e questo accresce la tipicità della baita, qualità anche questa che sta diventando rara con locali che più che baite alpine sembrano disco beach. Finora non avevo mai trovato il tempo di recensirla (e magari non mi andava di fare conoscere troppo questo "segreto"), ma oggi devo assolutamente farlo perché mia moglie ha lasciato lì il cellulare ed i gentilissimi proprietari mi hanno aiutato nel modo migliore a recuperarlo anche a costo di uno sforzo aggiuntivo al termine di una faticosa giornata lavorativa.
