‏There are simply no words to fully capture the incredible experience we had at this magnificent hotel. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but nothing has ever come close to what we experienced here. It exceeded every expectation, and then some.

‏This is luxury on every possible level—stunning rooms, immaculate design, and architecture that is truly one of a kind. Every detail has been carefully considered. The rooms and the entire property are spacious, modern, elegant, and incredibly comfortable.

‏The location is, of course, perfect. The view alone brings peace and serenity to the soul. It’s ideally situated near all the main trails and attractions, offering maximum convenience.

‏And now for the crown jewel—the hotel staff. In one word: WOW! An absolutely incredible team. From the warm and kind reception staff—especially the amazing David—who were always eager to help with anything and everything, to the dining room staff, whose hospitality was unlike anything we’ve encountered in any hotel before. Their constant care and attentiveness to every guest’s needs was truly extraordinary.

‏A special shoutout to Angelo, Giusy, Luigi, and Avis, who pampered us day in and day out with kindness and attention to detail. And of course, the fantastic bar staff, the spa team, and the housekeeping crew who kept our room spotless every single day.

‏I could go on and on with praise, but truly—words fall short. This hotel is a rare gem, and our stay here will stay with us forever.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. It’s hard to describe how special the experience was. We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but nothing has ever been this good. This place went far beyond what we expected.||Everything felt truly luxurious. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very well-designed. The building itself was stunning. Every detail was carefully planned. The whole property felt modern, elegant, and very comfortable.||The location was perfect. The views were peaceful and calming. It’s close to all the main trails and attractions, which made everything easy to access.||The food was another highlight of our stay. Breakfast was a real treat every morning—fresh, delicious, and with so many options to choose from. Dinner was just as impressive, with beautifully prepared dishes and flavors that made every meal memorable.||The best part was the hotel staff. They were incredible. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home. A big thank you to David at reception—he was amazing and always ready to help. The dining staff were also fantastic. Their kindness and care were beyond anything we’ve seen before.||We also want to thank Angelo, Giusy, Luigi, and Avis for taking such good care of us every day. Amazing spot. We arrived later in the evening from Monza after watching the Italian Grand Prix and I was a little worried we wouldnt make the dinner service. Right from the moment we arrived I knew the place was going to be amazing. Forget all the rigamaroll of waiting at front desk after a long drive and finding a room and then getting my cc and then taking all my info...they grabbed our passports and had a lady escort us directly to the room at the same time our bags were being brought up and told us that the dinner service was waiting for us when we were ready! Amazing dinner of home made Italian fare. My wife had some of the most amazing wine she had on our whole trip and the best part was the staff was friendly and courteous although we were the last table to arrive for the evening service. In the am I was stunned to realize we were a stones through from some amazing mountain ranges and the air and ambiance was unbelievable. I went for a swim at the spa and it was world class, attention to detail was big. It was a shame that we couldnt stay for any of the spa treatments but I have this high on my list to return in the winter. The breakfast meal service was just as amazing as dinner. House made breads and excellent selection of pastries. Some great cheeses and other great treats before our 3.5 hour drive to...
