A very strategic location—just a 10-minute walk to the cable car, 5 minutes to the bus stop and supermarket—yet it still offers a peaceful Alpine atmosphere. We really liked the apartment’s design, and it was always pleasantly warm. At night, the house's warm lighting combined with the snowy scenery outside creates a very cozy ambiance. We stayed in Apartment E for 14 days for a cross-country skiing holiday. Overall, it was a great experience: the room was exceptionally clean, and the booking process was very convenient. We recommend booking directly through the accommodation to ensure the best price. That said, there were a few things we didn’t like as much. The small sauna operates on a reservation-based shared system, limited to 4 (or 3) people at a time, rather than being reserved per room/apartment base. Personally, I think it would make more sense to reserve sauna use by room/apartment. The jacuzzi’s water outlet had sediment buildup, and it took five days before the water finally ran clear without spraying out black residue. (Of course, you could also spend an evening repeatedly filling and draining the tub to flush out the dirt.) These small issues weren’t a big deal, but there were two major inconveniences for us: - The apartment shares a hot water system. If one person is showering while another is washing dishes in the kitchen, the shower temperature fluctuates unpredictably—either too cold or too hot—which is quite frustrating. - The induction stove has very low power. Even at maximum heat, boiling water in a pot is slower than using an electric kettle, making cooking a meal take three times longer than usual.

We stayed here for three nights and was absolutely pleased with our stay. It acted as our mini refuge and the room was perfect after a good early hike in the morning. Location I think the location is pretty ideal. There's a nice footpath from the main bus station to the hotel. While it isn't in the heart of the town, it is just a short 5min walk West. Room The rooms were spacious and modern. We especially like their showers, good water pressure and an innovation solution for their shower-tub combo. Breakfast Varied and of good quality. The best thing is that they switch up items in their menu everyday so you never tire of it. We had to leave on an early bus on our last night and Marco (our host) wasgracious enough to pack us some food for the road. Service It's always welcomed to have a friendly face greet you after a long satisfying day in the mountains. Marco and his team weren't simply just hoteliers. They also want to get to know you and make your stay as perfect as it could possibly get. Facilities We also made use of their pool during our stay. Of course, it was refreshing to dip into the pool after a hot day out.

Dolomitenhof is a gem. The building goes back more than 100 years. So it has one rare thing: real character. During our stay it never felt crowded. The service was not just impeccable but super warm and friendly. The breakfast is so lovingly prepared, it is hard to explain. Most food is local, peaches from the garden. They get their coffee beans from Bolzano because the roasters nearby deteriorated in quality. A lot of variety during the week so it doesn’t get boring. Our room was excellent and extremely clean. What I liked was the view, the quality of the bed, wooden floors, no carpets. The Jacuzzi in the room worked perfectly. Caveats: The last renovation was a while ago, the pool is not large and the sauna is tiny. It is not a Spa hotel. The location could not be better: Super close to walk to the cable car, the bus station or the local shops, but totally removed from any traffic noise. There was ample space to park the car without extra charge. The price we paid was a great deal for what we got.

We just stayed 8 days in the NaturResidence Dolomitenhof. in the "Appartment Post". The hotel is nicely located in a quiet side-street of Seis (Siusi) but still centrally located within 3 min walk to the citiy center with shopping, restaurants and the funicular up to the Seiser Alm.||The "Appartment Post" itself was located in the heart of the city center in a normal appartment house and was very quiet as well. It has a South-west balcony with a spectacular view of the "Schlern" and a great sunset view over a nice alpine landscape. the appartment itself was obviously built in the mid-80's but is kept in an excellent condition and spotless clean. The appartment was equipped with a full kitchen and had a working tiled stove (Kachelofen) in it. Don't worry, it's got a modern central heating as well but the oven adds a lot of extra cosiness. The only slight downturn was that the beds were rather soft in our appartment. From what I've seen, the rooms and beds seem to be more modern in the main hotel rooms and appartments.||||We took the breakfast in the hotel and the buffet is a full-featured organic breakfast with homemade bread, "grind-your-own-grain" as cereals, fresh juices, local cheese, ham, etc. ||Our schedule was very packed, so we did not use the Sauna or swimming pool, but all of them looked very nice as well. In the ground floor of the hotel there's a nice common living room with an open fireplace as well which we enjoyed for the weekly reception.||||The hotel is family-run and the hosts, Family Egger, offer a very nice and personal service.||||Overall we can fully recommend the hotel and would come...
