B & B Belle Epoque — Hotel in Trapani

The room was clean and the location was good, but the host was not so friendly, how I expected. We had our room near the kitchen and we can’t use fridge and kettle. The problem was that the room wasn’t equipped with fridge and kettle, that’s why we wanna use this one in the kitchen... but it wasn’t possible, the host means that the kitchen doesn’t work after breakfast. So when he was out he turned off the electricity, So we ourselves could not use ourselves in the kitchen. And you can imagine how it was, outside was 30* and we can’t even drink cold water... |By the way he was telling us that he can help us in each way, and as we were both sick and I asked him for help, he didn’t help us. I proposed him or that I will pay him when he buy some medicines, because we can not go outside... He means he can’t help us and doesn’t know somebody who can help us. ||At the next day as we had our check out, I asked him or we can stay two hours longer because we are still sick , and he means it is no possible because in few hours will come another guest. And I understood it, but later i have checked it on two sides or this room is free , and the room was free for the next two days. I can’t really understand why he was like that... at first sight he was very kind but his deeds were very bad... ||Sooo guys be careful! And remember that in the kitchen are...

Stanze: la stanza assegnatami "Belle Époque", ritengo sia di superficie utile abitabile piuttosto ridotta. Ai lati del letto matrimoniale c'è pochissimo spazio (con la porta finestra aperta non si accede ad un lato del letto), dispone di un localino adiacente di circa 3 mt x 2 mt dove di fatto c’è un frigorifero ed un ripiano su cui appoggiare una valigia. La porta-finestra si affaccia sul terrazzino interno, poco luminoso, in comune con un'altra stanza e senza alcun divisorio. Spiace perché all'atto della prenotazione delle 2 stanze, per 5 notti, avvenuta ben 9 mesi prima della vacanza, disponevo del tempo largamente utile per poter cancellare senza penale, (le immagini dettagliate di questa stanza non erano presenti, erano pubblicate alcune fotografie risultate poi essere riferite alla “Florio”). La stanza dei miei amici, appunto la "Florio" invece, è molto spaziosa, ben rifinita e con finestra affacciata sulla strada. All'atto della prenotazione, pensavo infatti fossero 2 stanze uguali.|Colazione: abbondante e varia, è preparata dai titolari, però non è fruibile prima delle ore 08,30. Infatti in 2 occasioni non siamo riusciti a consumarla per problemi di orari con gli imbarchi a San Vito lo Capo e Trapani. Un mio personalissimo parere: poiché la colazione è compresa nel prezzo, ai turisti mattinieri (se mattiniero significa fare colazione alle ore 07,30....) potrebbe essere data la possibilità di scegliere tra l'ottima e abbondante colazione nella struttura, ma solamente da quell'orario in poi, oppure anche solo 1 bevanda + 1 brioche in uno dei bar adiacenti, come consuetudine delle strutture che non dispongono del locale colazione, qualora inclusa nel prezzo.|Potendo scegliere, con sincero dispiacere verso i titolari che comunque si sono dimostrati attenti e premurosi, non avrei prenotato in...

😊: Close to the Historic City Centre. Close grocery store and family-run coffee shop with hot table. Ideal, delicious, and inexpensive calle Bar Gnam. Recommended by our Host Matteo. We also appreciated the interaction with our host and his family each morning. The breakfast was local cheese and cold cuts, cereal, fruit, homemade freshly squeezed juice, coffee, cappuccino, homemade apple cake and freshly baked pastries.
