Rolling Stone — Restaurant in Trapani

Great selection of beers and friendly service. However it was very slow and we had to wait a long time to order and until we've received our drinks. Spareribs were good, but the side dish was just a tiny spot of mashed potatoes, which is not a good match with ribs at all. To be improved. The ribeye however was really really bad, sorry to say it like that. The most expensive item on the menu and the first one that I got was totally overcooked. I ordered it medium-rare but it was well done. I told our waiter and he got me a new one. But the meat quality of the second one was really bad either. At least it was medium but not tender at all, really chewy and hard. As I was very hungry at that point I ate it anyway. Also I did not want to throw away anymore meat. To be transparent: they apologized after we paid and gave us a little discount and offered a free drink on the house. Still a very dissapointing experience regarding the steak. Maybe the burgers are better, I would recommend to take one of them instead of the steak. And for the restaurant I would advise to take the ribeye off the menu or increase the meat quality as other customers won't be happy with this steak...

Nice place, good atmosphere and good beer. Unfortunately the burger didn't live up to the rest of the place. Was never asked about how the food tasted (some misunderstandings which could have been avoided if they had asked about how the food tasted). Cold red cabbage on top off pulled beef (way over cooked and dry) no sauce, buns half warm, potatoes tasted very similar to what you can buy at freezer at supermarkets.
