Residence il Patriarca — Hotel in Unione dei comuni della Versilia

Big room. Many place for stuff. Balcony. Good bathroom. Kitchenette useful to cook smth small, like boiling ravioli :) Fridge fits all, but no deep fridge (I did not need it, just for info). ||Wifi. Like somebody said in reviews, it is pathetic. You have multiple networks across the house, you receive login and password on a paper - cool. When I found this paper, of course I just took my phone and checked that everything works. It asked for credentials and just worked. But when I later opened my laptop, I found that I can't login - 'account is in use'. Tried waiting etc - nope. So I had to use tethering for few days.||Connection speed is awful. I had much better connection using mobile network than this wifi, especially in evenings. Have a feeling there is some cellular 2G phone as a gateway for whole residence..||Location is good. Slightly far from city center, so if you don't like walking - be ready. For running - perfect. Near is a park with good lighting, and of course promenade.||For swimming - go across the road and turn left near the fence. In less then 50m you will find passage to the beach. Water in beg.of October was 21, but nobody is swimming - it is called 'cold' in Italy :D||Restaurants all along the promenade (to the center). Conad store is about 5 min far (along the stree to the center)

First of all the position in front of the beach was exceptional. Apart from the positsion we were very disappointed. There was no cable TV. No WIFI. Cooking facilities were useless .Not even a toaster or eggcup. We expected the fridge to have a freezer compartment which it did not . so no ice was available. The whole apartment needs remodernised.Sheets were changed only once in 14 days.Very loud music from bar opposite util 1am . Washing Machine in laundry room was at least 20 years old and all rusty with instructions in Italian only. No phone in apartment for medical emergencies only phone number in reception on ground floor for flooding and fire. Furniture very basic.Just one sofa chair and three...

15 apts, spacious with balcony that have Seaview either front or side. Well sited at end of promenade opposite end from harbour. 10/12 mins walk from Lido de Camiorie so get best of both resorts.||No grater, peeler, scissors,||no jug or pot for beverages||Otherwise what you need is there.
