My partner and I really liked this hotel. The hotel was very nice and modern with a lovely view of the sea from the window. Our room had AC with a fan which was very nice at night, a large bathroom, a very large and comfortable bed and a tv with wardrobe. We booked the twin/double room but I think we were given a king bed because I’m 6ft tall and it was much larger than what I’m used to. The included breakfast was lovely with fantastic coffees and the hotel staff were very friendly giving advice on public transport and spoke both English and Italian. Both myself and my partner would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Amazing location, we arrived whilst the rest of Italy was sweltering at 35 degrees and the room was lovely and cool without aircon. The rooms are compact but fine for a short stay. The food is great and great value. All the staff were so lovely. Note to other idiots like me the barrier in front of the hotel does not lead to hotel parking! Don't go up there even if it opens invitingly as you will get stuck, ask me how I know. No refreshments in the room so bring your own water.

Nice hotel for the price through Crystal, but the food is awful! Be warned that most of the options are made from frozen ingredients and everyone we spoke to found each meal difficult to eat. Not what you want after a day’s skiing! The included wine helps to wash it down, but not worth it! We ate out two nights as we couldn’t face it.

The hotel has beautiful views of the Matterhorn and is a short walk to the main gondola, although can sometimes be a slippery walk to it. |The walk into town is approximately 10-15 minutes down some slippery steps.|The walk from where the coach drops you off is also 10-15 minutes uphill, most other hotels put on a mini bus but this hotel just transport your suitcases.|The hotel is clean and tidy and the rooms are perfectly adequate.|The food here is just ok, the hot and cold starters are self service with the hot starters usually being cold - we avoid any chicken or fish hot starters just in case. The next two courses are table service but small portions- you select your choice at dinner for the following day. In general the food was ok if the hot starters had been warm the amount of food would have been fine.|The ski hire in the shop had limited options and was worn compared to the hire shop quality in town. |The boot room isn’t big enough for the amount of guests and skis and snowboards are dumped on top of other skis.|It’s a three star hotel, hopefully the hotel listen to the reviews and try to improve the food and ski hire. I would still go back to the hotel due to the price however I would probably hire skis etc from the town next time. I would also ask for a Mountain View room as...

This hotel benefits from a convenient location right next to the ski lift, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The food was truly dreadful, the hotel’s cleanliness left much to be desired, and cold showers were a frequent issue.

The ski hire service was a disaster, managed by someone wholly unqualified for the role, resulting in numerous problems. Initially, I was provided with the wrong skis, which were also incorrectly adjusted for my weight. This led to my left ski disconnecting mid-turn on a slope, causing me to fall. Upon returning to the ski room to address the issue, the staff member was shockingly rude. After swapping to what should have been the correct skis, the problems continued. I later discovered I had been given two mismatched boots, which caused repeated disconnections on the slopes.

When I went back to the ski room at 6 PM—the supposed opening time—the attendant was absent and only arrived 20 minutes late. Once again, he was extremely rude when I pointed out the mismatched boots and prior issues. His complete lack of competence or care is appalling. I’m fortunate to have avoided serious injury, but the experience was utterly...

We really enjoyed our time staying at this hotle. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The food was plentyful, with a buffet breakfast and a four course evening meal which was delicious and filling. We also had free wine and soft drinks at the table. The room was always warm and spacius and was cleaned on a regular basis and towels replaced. Our room overlooked the mountains and it is a beautiful view. The bar area has plenty of room and drinks prices are reasonable and was perfect for family card games in the evening. The onsite ski hire shop is a bonus, not having to carry your skis across town is a god send. The ski hire sop staff were very helpful and cheerful, my boots had a little bit of foot slippage in them and the next day they found me a pair which fitted perfectly, theski hire staff were always there morning and evening to assist in ny issues you may have encountered with your equipment on the mountain. It is only a one minute walk to the gondala which takes you to the main start point of the ski area. I would not hesitate in booking this hotel again, all our family had an amazing time and the ski resort itself...
