We stayed 3 nights at Residenza Venezia in October and had a wonderful time. The room was large and clean, a few doors down from the main entrance. Staff at the front desk were helpful with any questions that we had. The breakfast was fantastic with a very wide selection--easily the best breakfast of our trip.|The hotel's location is great--in a quiet neighborhood but just a few blocks from Strada Nova--one of the city's main shopping/dining streets. It is also an easy 10-minute walk to both the Ca D'Oro waterbus stop on the Grand Canal and the waterbus stop in the other direction from the hotel for the boats to Murano and Burano. Read moreOur recent stay at this hotel in Venice was highly disappointing. Despite advertising air conditioning, it was not functional, and the staff failed to offer any solution or apology. This inconvenience further compounded our dissatisfaction with the overall stay.Overall, the hotel's failure to meet basic amenities and address customer concerns tarnished...
Read moreStayed for 4 nights on arrival were told our room was just down from the main hotel (room 1) with its own private entrance into a lobby on the ground floor with a pretty outside area although we didn’t use it. Room was very pleasant and roomy with a nice bathroom, all the amenities and complimentary bath robe and slippers which was extra nice after a long day in beautiful Venice. |Breakfast was served in the main hotel, friendly staff with a nice selection of croissants/ jam then a choice of extras, the scrambled eggs and bacon was delicious every day.|Complimentary drinks in the same room from 3pm till 10 pm every day, with biscuits/cake available, which was a nice touch.|Location was brilliant for the water bus to fte nova on arrival and also the day we visited Murano/ Burano.|All in all a lovely hotel, would...
