Located in the CBD, The room was of a medium size and hot with the a/c controlled remotely by hotel, no user adjustment. The window was able to be opened which afforded fresh air. The room had a portable air Humidifier supplied which helped alleviate the stiflingness of the room when the window was closed. The bed was comfortable except for the Pillow. The pillow was small in size and thickness and 'Rock' hard. Our request to Reception for an alternative or extra pillow was meet with the reply; "we don't have any other pillows in the hotel." We rolled up our coats in an attempt to form a more comfortable pillow. Not a great nights sleep was had. Free bottled water was supplied along with Free WiFi which was very slow wrt speed and unreliable wrt maintaining a connection. Unlike most Japanese hotels we had been to, this one had a room safe. Small but modern Bathroom with a good selection of toiletries. The shower was over the high sided bath, which could be a problem for those with mobility or balance issues. 這是第一次遇到極差的住宿體驗,10月份在Agoda上預訂飯店房型為雙床房以及禁煙房,三個月並未收到飯店從agoda網站的任何通知。
一直到12/29入住當天check in,飯店才告知我們給我們的房型是雙人床,還是吸煙房,和我們先前在網站上所預訂的完全不一樣!
我們一群人花費了四個小時時間在和飯店爭執他們的嚴重疏失,但是飯店業者毫無任何作為。
飯店人員裝作不會英文,還不願意做任何處理,要我們自己去住其他飯店也不願意退款。 在與飯店爭執的四個小時中,我們也花費了一個小時國際電話時間致電給Agoda,但是Agoda的客服人員當下也不願意協助處理。
最後是有一位住在日本的台灣人協助我們和飯店溝通協調,但我們仍被迫入住吸煙房,不然連假時間我們就得露宿街頭。 因為我們是被脅迫的,所以我們並未在入住單上簽名。 此外,因為一間吸煙房味道過重,我們被迫放棄一間房間。 飯店提供給我們房間多處發霉、老舊且打掃不確實。
在回國後,發現兩張我在Agoda上預訂的訂單,其中一張現場的check in單卻是寫從樂天網站訂購的。
個人強烈懷疑飯店業者有私自串改旅客資訊,不然怎麼會有這麼嚴重的錯誤。
真的不敢相信日本飯店會有如此嚴重的疏失。

The hotel will not tell you first, and if you only confirm your room type upon checking in, it's a high chance you will be given a completely different room than what you originally booked!
This was my first time encountering such a terrible accommodation experience. I made a reservation in October through Agoda for twin beds and a non-smoking room, but I never received any notification from the hotel via Agoda's website for three months.
Only on the day of check-in, December 29, did the hotel inform us that the room they gave us was a double bed and a smoking room—completely different from what we had originally booked online!
We spent four hours arguing with the hotel over their severe negligence, but the hotel staff took no action.
The hotel staff pretended not to speak English and refused to do anything to resolve the issue. They even suggested we go to another hotel and refuse to refund us. During our four-hour dispute, we also spent an hour calling Agoda's customer service, but they were also unwilling to assist us at that time.
In the end, a Taiwanese resident in Japan helped us communicate and mediate with the hotel, but we were still forced to stay in a smoking room, as otherwise, we would have been left stranded on the streets during the holiday season.
Because we were coerced, we did not sign the check-in form.
Additionally, one of the smoking rooms had such a strong odor that we had to abandon it.
The room which the hotel provided was moldy, old, and not properly cleaned.
After returning to my home country, I noticed that for two of my bookings on Agoda, one of the check-in slips was marked as if it was booked through Rakuten, not Agoda.
I strongly suspect that the hotel tampered with customer information, because how else could such a serious mistake happen?

The lobby area is attractive.||||My one caution is with respect to the inadequacy of the wifi. It is both slow and unreliable.
