TL;DR Stunning and spacious rooms with excellent view of Mount Aso. Great location (next to JR aso) but far from restaurants so you need to be really organised or rent a car like we did. Plenty of parking which made it easy. Free coffee but it tastes really bad 😰.
Staff were lovely and helpful so no complaints there. I would stay again purely because of their great hospitality.
Facilities: There is a lounge with a coffee machine, microwave and miso soup in packets. It’s a nice place to eat your take away or bring your laptop to work.
