The experience of sitting at a heated lower table, shoes off and being surrounded by locals in a super friendly atmosphere was amazing. The English menu was helpful, but the staff specifically one fun and friendly gentleman in glasses (though we didn't catch his name!) were lovely! We have dined at another location and both were good, but this one was a bit better. The okonomiyaki is so good that my one son that didn't care for it much loves it here. The mochi potato disks are so good that it's honestly criminal, the dessert pancakes are a sweeter, fluffy cake that you cook and we couldn't get enough of them, and the grilled cheese rice was worth a try for sure. Great spot to grab a quick meal around Fuji-Q. Most of the food is agreeable to Western tastes. Lot of Okonomiyaki to choose from. They even have an all you can eat, but one is all I can ever manage.
